Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth SaaS, AI, or startup environment
  • Experience hiring across both GTM and R&D organizations
  • Proven success managing complex and high-priority searches in fast-changing environments
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to increase productivity and improve recruiting outcomes
  • Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities across multiple channels and markets
