• Drive top-of-funnel for our prediction-markets and crypto-exchange-infrastructure business • Own content, community, and lead generation • Building the Shift brand on X and Reddit • Owning our social and written content calendar • Work directly with our sales and partnerships team to turn signal into pipeline • Help set the standard for how we build our brand as we scale

• Identify and research prospective clients across fintech, financial services, brokerages, and digital asset businesses throughout Latin America. • Execute outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other sales engagement channels. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify potential business opportunities. • Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the Account Executive team. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools. • Develop a strong understanding of Shift Markets' white-label exchange technology and effectively communicate its value proposition. • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to ensure smooth lead handoff and pipeline progression. • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity and customer interactions within the CRM. • Continuously learn about the digital asset, fintech, and SaaS industries to better engage prospective clients. • Represent Shift Markets professionally across all customer interactions and, when applicable, at virtual or in-person industry events.

• Own and maintain Shift Markets' existing automation testing infrastructure. • Build, maintain, and expand automated end-to-end test suites. • Develop new automated test cases using Playwright and TypeScript. • Collaborate closely with QA and Engineering teams to improve product quality and testing efficiency. • Help design and implement API testing capabilities and automation frameworks. • Identify opportunities to reduce manual testing effort through automation. • Investigate test failures and improve test reliability and platform stability. • Recommend improvements to automation frameworks, tooling, and testing processes. • Contribute to quality assurance best practices across the organization. • Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, testing workflows, and engineering efficiency.

• Prepare, file, and maintain Money Transmitter License (MTL) applications through the NMLS portal across multiple US states • Manage state-by-state renewal calendars, surety bond tracking, and net worth reporting • Compile and submit quarterly Money Services Businesses Call Reports (MSBCR) and other periodic reports • Coordinate fingerprinting, background checks, and Control Person filings (MU2 forms) for principals and key personnel • Respond to state regulator requests for information and deficiency notices • Track changes in state money transmitter laws and flag impacts to filings • Support applications and ongoing reporting for non-US crypto/VASP regimes (e.g., EU MiCA, UK FCA registration, Dubai VARA, Canadian MSB) • Maintain a jurisdictional matrix tracking license status, conditions, and renewal dates • Prepare supporting documentation: org charts, policies, fit-and-proper questionnaires, source-of-funds materials • Assist with BitLicense applications and ongoing NYDFS reporting • Support trust charter, broker-dealer, and similar specialty financial license applications as needed • Compile due diligence packages for chartering authorities • Maintain corporate records across US and international entities: annual reports, franchise tax filings, registered agent management, foreign qualifications • Track director/officer changes, address changes, and other amendments • Keep minute books, cap tables, and good standing certificates current • Coordinate UBO and beneficial ownership filings (including FinCEN BOI reporting where applicable) • Manage the contract lifecycle across commercial agreements, vendor contracts, bank partnerships, and third-party service agreements, including intake, routing, execution, and storage • Track key contract dates, renewal windows, notice periods, and material obligations, and surface upcoming deadlines to relevant stakeholders • Coordinate with internal teams on signature workflows and execution logistics using standard e-signature tooling • Support due diligence and contracting processes for new partnership opportunities, including organizing document requests and managing data rooms • Build and maintain internal reports and dashboards on licensing status, contract coverage, and pending legal ops items

• Own the roadmap for trading and derivatives products • Translate complex trading operations and risk requirements into scalable product capabilities • Partner directly with institutional clients to understand workflows, pain points, and requirements • Collaborate with engineering, business, and client-facing teams to deliver trading infrastructure • Define product priorities, make roadmap tradeoffs, and proactively solve user problems • Create clear product requirements, workflows, and technical specifications

• Own end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting processes across several legal entities • Execute daily financial operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger management in QuickBooks Online. • Manage accounts payable workflows, including invoices, payments, adjustments, and vendor communications. • Support and execute monthly close processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. • Produce ad hoc financial reports to support internal stakeholders and leadership decisions. • Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve reporting and reconciliation issues. • Partner closely with the VP of Accounting to address existing reporting challenges and improve financial processes. • Contribute to improving accounting workflows, reducing manual effort, and increasing reporting clarity. • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of accounting processes. • Maintain clear, consistent communication on deliverables, risks, and timelines.

• Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript • Design and implement APIs, services, and core platform functionality • Take ownership of features, from ideation through implementation and iteration • Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate feature development and improve code quality • Assist with debugging and refactoring • Design and operate agent-assisted development workflows • Work with emerging frameworks like OpenClaw to orchestrate development workflows • Contribute to engineering and product strategy, especially around AI-assisted development and automation • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive product outcomes independently

• Process and reconcile client deposits and withdrawals • Prepare daily and weekly cash flow reports • Track and analyze financial operations performance • Ensure accurate balance tracking and communicate updates with global teams • Draft monthly and quarterly transaction projections and actively discuss them with management • Support treasury duties and internal controls

• Own end-to-end processing of client deposits and withdrawals, ensuring SLA adherence and robust controls. • Lead daily cash management across multiple PSPs, banks, and currencies; optimize liquidity and funding transfers. • Build, automate, and review daily/weekly cash-flow, reconciliation, and P&L variance reports; surface insights and KPIs to management. • Oversee reconciliations of client funds, trading platforms, and ledger balances; investigate and resolve breaks and exceptions. • Maintain accurate balance tracking and coordinate with regional/global teams for handoffs and issue escalation. • Develop monthly and quarterly transaction forecasts; present analysis and recommendations to leadership. • Perform and enhance treasury workflows (sweeps, FX conversions, funding, fees), documenting procedures and controls. • Partner with Compliance/Finance on audits, payment risk monitoring, and financial controls; contribute to policy and SOP updates. • Drive operational excellence projects (tooling, workflow automation, vendor/process evaluations) to reduce risk and cycle times. • Mentor junior team members; provide quality review and serve as point of contact for complex operational cases.

• Build & Scale Backend and Platform Systems • Design and build backend services and platform components using TypeScript, Python, or similar • Work on systems that support data processing, automation, and product scalability • Contribute to event-driven architectures and distributed systems • Build and improve ETL pipelines and data workflows • Help optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of data systems • Work with cloud-native tooling across AWS (primary) • Build and maintain infrastructure using Amazon CDK, Terraform, or CDKTF Typescript • Create reusable infrastructure patterns and improve existing codebases • Support multiple environments with clear, maintainable configurations • Contribute to infrastructure and backend design decisions • Collaborate with developers and architects to improve system design • Help scale systems as product usage grows
