• Embed directly with strategic enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy production GenAI applications on SambaNova's SN40L platform and SambaStack based product portfolio. • Architect and implement LLM-powered workflows — including RAG pipelines, multi-agent systems, fine-tuning workflows, and coding solutions — tailored to each customer's data, infrastructure, and business goals. • Optimize AI inference performance on SambaNova hardware; benchmark model throughput, latency, and accuracy against customer requirements and competitor baselines. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues end-to-end across model, software, and hardware layers — acting as the first and last line of technical escalation in the field. • Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and engineering feedback; serve as the primary voice of field reality to SambaNova's Product and Engineering teams. • Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to shape technical sales strategy, scope engagements, and demonstrate platform differentiation during evaluations and proof-of-concepts. • Develop reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and internal playbooks that scale learnings from one deployment to many. • Present technical findings, architecture decisions, and roadmap input at customer executive briefings and internal forums; represent SambaNova at industry conferences and events.

• Own the post-sales relationship for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, serving as the primary point of contact from onboarding through renewal and expansion. • Build tailored success plans aligned to each customer's AI adoption goals — translating their business objectives into measurable outcomes with SambaNova's platform. • Lead onboarding and go-live efforts, coordinating with Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and Product teams to ensure smooth deployments. • Monitor adoption metrics and platform utilization; proactively identify churn risks and build mitigation plans in partnership with the account team. • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by demonstrating expanding business value and introducing customers to new use cases across departments. • Act as the voice of the customer internally — synthesizing feedback on product gaps, feature requests, and roadmap priorities for the Product and Engineering teams. • Deliver executive business reviews (EBRs) showcasing ROI, usage trends, and strategic recommendations for deeper AI adoption. • Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to develop customer advocacy programs, case studies, and reference accounts.

• Conduct research and development in state of the art networking solutions • Define and own networking architecture specifications of performant, robust and efficient communications for the next generation super-pod scale ML HW • Define and own ML networking roadmap, leading a cross functional effort of software, systems and silicon • Collaborate with executive leadership to align network initiatives against product competitiveness requirements • Stay on top of and contribute to industry standards representing SambaNova

• Lead compiler engineering through ensuring standard methodologies, enterprise product insertion and process evolution • Work with peers, domain experts, developers, customers, and work across the enterprise seeking optimal solutions • Develop, integrate, and implement products • Provide support for proposals in key areas aligned with core team competencies

• Own end-to-end technical support for customers in your region across SambaRack, SambaStack, and SambaCloud • Serve as the regional support lead and primary technical point of contact for your customer base • Support customers in debugging machine learning models and resolving complex, full-stack computing environment issues • Participate in on-call rotations as required to ensure continuous coverage for production environments • Partner with the global support lead and other regional leads to maintain and continuously improve support processes and procedures • Coordinate with site reliability engineers to proactively reduce reactive customer issues • Coordinate with field service representatives to minimize the impact and duration of maintenance windows • Provide structured product feedback to engineering via Jira • Assist engineering by testing new features prior to release • Author and review internal and external knowledge base articles • Contribute to and review product documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Lead the security architecture of next-generation AI silicon and systems. • Conduct research and development in state-of-the-art security solutions for AI silicon. • Define and own security architecture specifications for performant, robust, and efficient AI hardware and systems. • Lead cross-functional efforts to integrate security into the product lifecycle. • Collaborate with executive leadership to align security initiatives with product competitiveness and market requirements. • Stay current with industry standards and contribute to advancements representing SambaNova. • Develop threat models and security protocols for AI accelerators and cluster environments. • Enhance secure deployment processes, including manufacturing, provisioning, and supply chain security.

• Define and document microarchitecture specifications for complex digital design elements for compute, memory, or networking subsystems • Code, integrate, and debug SystemVerilog RTL designs through the chip implementation and production lifecycle • Meet targets for Power, Performance and Area (PPA) using advanced digital design techniques for high-speed design • Work alongside design verification and physical design team owners to converge • Work with architects and software teams to prototype new features which improve application-level performance • Mentor junior design engineers on high-speed digital design techniques • Drive improvements into the design flow using AI and automation, including new EDA tool methodologies
