• Reporting into the Consulting Support Manager, coordinate and provide administration for talent management services. • Support the Consulting Support Project Lead and Lead Consultant in complex projects. • Proactively provide regular updates to Consulting Support Manager of project progress, challenges, and achievements. • Coordinate the delivery process for assessment centers/workshops/proctoring. • Manage the client relationship, ensuring professional, responsive, timely service. • Assist with financial aspects of projects, ensuring prompt invoicing and tracking.

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver critical product launches on time and within scope, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, proactively mitigating risks and dependencies. • Coordinate activities across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless go-to-market execution and adoption. • Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders, fostering transparency and accountability. • Leverage AI-powered project management tools and data-driven insights to forecast risks, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making. • Drive post-launch evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize customer and business impact.
