• Lead and coach account managers, follow a disciplined sales process, maintain opportunity funnel and forecast through SalesForce • Build and maintain strong customer executive relationships • Hire, develop, and manage a high‑performing sales team • Support ongoing training and individual development plans • Ensure the team clearly understands and communicates the company's digital strategy • Provide industry expertise to help teams and customers succeed • Network internally with executives to help your sales team succeed • Operate across regions and leverage distribution partners to execute on complex opportunities
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience

- The ability to travel 25% - 50% of the time.
- A valid drivers license.
- 5 years of management experience with 8+ years of overall sales experience within industrial automation.
- IIOT, Digital Transformation and Industry Experience
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Business discipline.
- Additional business-related degree/experience.
- Prior experience in sales, industrial distribution, systems integration or an engineering firm.
- Previous experience managing a sales team or leading distributors.
- Experience working with all levels of large project customers including executives, management, and engineers.
