Role Description This Manager will help lead Commercial and Technical support for Specialized Distribution (ETO-based) and General Industry customers. This role is critical in bridging customer requirements with our engineering capabilities, ensuring accurate capture of technical input and efficient collaboration. This role supports our Clutches and Brakes (C&B) team. - Develop and optimize North American ETO-based Specialty Distribution channels (feed, weed, seed) - Coordinate market strategy with key Clutches and Brakes (C&B) teams: Brand, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Engineering, and Design - Capture Voice-of-Customer insights to identify market needs and champion solutions in the NPD process - Implement sales plans and initiatives to increase share and revenue through strong technical relationships with channels and IPS teams - Manage and grow top account opportunities by leveraging new products and past successes into similar accounts - Build strategic relationships with decision-makers at high-growth accounts, directly and via chosen partners - Secure customer specifications and preference for Regal Rexnord’s full C&B portfolio - Act as the C&B solutions expert for specialty distributors and key accounts: lead presentations, support visits, webinars, and influence specifications.
