National Account Director

Role Description In this role, you will serve as the strategic link between Regal Rexnord’s corporate vision and our national distributor partners, driving aligned sales strategies and accelerating growth across key accounts. You will report directly to the Channel Leader and work closely with cross‑functional teams within the IPS segment to strengthen partnerships, improve execution, and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience. We are looking for a relationship‑driven sales leader who can build executive‑level connections, leverage market insights, and champion continuous improvement. As the National Account Director, you will guide unified sales plans, enhance revenue performance, and ensure Regal Rexnord’s solutions are positioned for maximum impact. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain high‑impact executive relationships with C‑Suite, Corporate Process, and Field VP‑level leaders to drive strategic alignment and growth. - Develop and lead comprehensive national sales strategies for key MRO, OEM “Referred,” and National End User accounts to maximize growth with distributor partners. - Drive Policy Deployment (Strategy Deployment) initiatives with assigned distributors to ensure unified execution of Regal Rexnord’s business objectives. - Strengthen collaborative relationships across Distribution and IPS teams (Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Product Groups) to improve share, revenue, and customer outcomes. - Develop and execute the annual operating plan (AOP), using analytics, insights, and CRM reporting to measure performance and guide decision‑making. - Lead communication efforts to ensure field sales teams remain aligned with business objectives for revenue and share growth at distributor partners. - Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to enhance ease of doing business, increase customer satisfaction, and reduce internal operating costs. - Maintain accurate forecasting for orders and COGS, and establish a consistent QBR cadence with field and corporate leadership. - Coordinate resolution of national account conflicts and provide insights on pricing activity, competition, and broader industry developments. - Promote and communicate Regal Rexnord’s value proposition by driving documented cost savings and increasing penetration within National End User accounts. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; degree preferably in Technical field, Business or Marketing. - 5+ years relevant experience; sales experience in Power Transmission & Bearings Industry preferred. - Mechanical aptitude. - Competent in MS Office applications / CRM Management / Business application software. - Travel: Up to 50%. Requirements - Expected Base Salary Range: $140,000 - 200,000 annualized. - The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors. • Provide oversight claims advocacy of Management and Professional Liability excess claims. The first level claims managers will be in-house MGA or Programs claims teams or Third-Party Administrators. • Analyze forms, policies, endorsements, special handling instructions and other pertinent documents in order to validate coverage. • Manage claims in litigation with an eye toward protection of reputational risk and prevention of bad faith allegations. Possess a comfort level with fast-paced and time sensitive claim negotiation. • Approve claims according to authority, company rules, and/or local regulatory requirements • Advise the business on claims trends and loss mitigation (Program Management, Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance and Actuarial functions). • Possess a deep understanding of reserving accuracy and estimating with varying degrees of information available. • Lead cultural resources projects, business development opportunities and provide successful and independent management of archaeological and historic resources projects, including direction of field studies and assembly, supervision and direction of field teams. • Lead/Principal investigator for cultural resources projects include performing research, archaeological fieldwork surveys, monitoring, testing, and data recovery projects, historical research, preservation activities, report preparation, site forms and curation of archaeological artifacts. • Coordinate project mobilization and demobilization to project sites. • Provide successful and independent management of archaeological and historic resources projects, including direction of field studies and assembly, supervision, and direction of field teams. • Support Section 106 and Section 110 of the NHPA, including analysis, technical studies and project permitting for a wide variety of private, federal, state and local government clients and tribal entities. • Mentor and provide technical and operations resources for staff and project managers and supervise cultural staff. • Lead technical and strategy elements of proposal development including scope, schedule and budget. • Meeting project scope, schedule, and budget obligations for project management tasks. • Ensure the delivery of high-quality technical products through implementation of independent and quality review protocols.
