Business Development Manager

• Reporting to the ATS Business Leader, you will serve as a key member of the sales team. • Proactively driving the go-to market Sales strategy and developing our channel to market. • Develop, Execute and Sustain the strategic go-to market sales channel strategy. • Expand third party channel partner portfolio across assigned territories. • Manage, Coach & guide third party channel partners to maximize growth. • Support the business’s Policy Deployment and 80/20 initiatives. • Build strategic relationships and business performance metrics for targeted customer, ensuring Regal as the customer’s preferred supplier. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the focused markets. • Develop and sustain Sales Plan by account for Automatic Transfer Switches to meet/exceed the business targets for customer base. • Deliver rapid growth associated with Automatic Transfer Switches in terms of orders, revenue and margin via the development and execution of key strategic initiatives. • Develop solid sales processes that enables the delivery of exceptional customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Power Engineering or Mechanical engineering or related fields
  • 0-5 years of Sales experience is a must
  • Ability to travel up to 50-70%.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
  • Exceptional track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that delivered on rapid revenue and margin growth objectives via a clear set of KPIs.
  • Proven ability to be hands-on, resourceful & results orientated with a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Recognized by piers to be ambitious, energetic, self-sufficient & highly motivated.
  • Outstanding sales ability and closing skills.
  • Customer focused with a passion for customer success.
  • Strong presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and build value-based relationships at all levels and functions within customer and Regal Rexnord organizations.

Role Description Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services (BGS), is seeking a Business Development Representative to help manage the capture process for our Mission Products & Services (MPS) team. This position is ideal for someone excited by the world of military aviation and logistics, and the challenge of helping the U.S. advance its mission planning and command & control capabilities. In this role, you will be a key player in leading the efforts to realize the growth plans. This position is fully remote and will require someone with the ability to travel up to 30% in support of capture and partnership activities.
