Senior Manager – SIOP

Regal Rexnord

• Oversee and manage the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the SIOP Planning process across the organization, aligning strategies with business goals to drive revenue and profitability. • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create accurate and actionable demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and customer feedback. • Collaborate with operations and manufacturing teams to ensure production plans are aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets. • Manage capacity planning to balance production efficiency with customer needs. • Oversee the inventory management strategy to ensure optimal stock levels across all product lines, minimizing excess inventory while meeting customer demands. • Monitor and manage inventory turnover to reduce costs and improve cash flow. • Serve as a key liaison between sales, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance to ensure cross-functional alignment in meeting objectives. • Utilize analytics and reporting tools to track performance, identify trends, and proactively address potential supply chain or production issues. • Lead the development and execution of SIOP best practices, continuously evaluating and improving the process to enhance operational efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve customer satisfaction. • Manage and mentor planning team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing SIOP/IBP processes in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data, identify key trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate across all functions and levels of the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning, and supply chain optimization.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NAV) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with advanced SIOP or demand planning software is a plus.
  • Extensive experience using the Microsoft suite of products, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
  • Results-oriented, with a strong focus on driving efficiency and delivering measurable outcomes.
