PMO Lead – Program Director
PTC
• Own program governance and ensure alignment with customer business objectives and PTC strategic vision. • Develop and manage multi-year roadmaps for PLM/ALM adoption and integration. • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, providing thought leadership on digital thread, product lifecycle optimization, and enterprise architecture. • Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery excellence, risk mitigation, and measurable business value. • Collaborate with PTC R&D, Customer Success, and partner ecosystem to drive innovation and best practices. • Lead executive-level workshops and business case development for PLM/ALM initiatives. • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and manage escalations effectively. • Direct management of a team of PTC Professional Services project and Program Managers. • Mentor, coach, and develop the team. • Recruit, hire, and retain an experienced project management team that can advise partners and deliver direct PTC implementations.
Job Requirements
- US Person required. US citizenship or GC holder only. Role not eligible for sponsorship.
- 5+ years of experience in PLM/ALM program leadership, with strong expertise in PTC related technologies.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level transformation programs in manufacturing or high-tech industries.
- 5+ years of experience in delivering AI solutions to customers.
- Experience in utilizing and transforming Services Excellence with AI.
- Exceptional communication, executive engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly desirable.

• Act as a Program Director and technical advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on mainframe optimization, modernization, and transformation initiatives. • Lead end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder management across multiple concurrent engagements. • Provide Project/Program Management for delivery of projects • Support pre-sales activities by contributing to solution design, scoping, proposal development, and client presentations. • Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations using tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, and Smartsheet. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions, including installation, testing, and implementation of mainframe systems and software. • Drive continuous improvement across mainframe environments (z/OS, tape management, scheduling, security, monitoring, etc.) through automation, cost optimization, and performance tuning. • Translate complex technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders. • Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned to improve future engagements. • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and thought leadership. • Ensure compliance with technical standards, industry best practices, and client-specific requirements.
• Design and optimize operational processes that enable PADs and partners to drive customer lifecycle outcomes (onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewals) for the VCF platform and add-ons • Translate VCF platform adoption goals into programmatic workflows, tools, and KPIs that support PAD execution • Enable partners with the tools, processes, and guidance required to deliver VCF deployment, expansion, and ongoing consumption • Track and provide visibility into partner-led customer outcomes, including VCF adoption, add-on attach, usage, and retention • Operationalize partner programs aligned to VCF platform adoption and expansion, in support of PAD-led partner strategies • Partner closely with the incentives/program lead to execute rebates, activity-based incentives, and adoption programs • Own end-to-end incentive operations including tracking, validation, accruals, and payout execution, ensuring accuracy and auditability • Ensure alignment with Finance on forecasting, accruals, and payout governance • Drive simplification and automation of incentive structures and claims processes • Build and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting to provide PADs with clear visibility into partner performance and VCF lifecycle metrics • Develop and operationalize PAD scorecards, ensuring consistent measurement of partner performance and accountability • Leverage AI and automation to enhance PAD effectiveness, including forecasting, adoption insights, anomaly detection, and workflow automation • Manage and enhance partner and operational platforms (partner portals, incentive systems, certification and performance tools) to support PAD execution and lifecycle visibility • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and IT to align on VCF adoption goals and program execution
