Senior Salesforce Developer Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 Work Arrangement: Remote Initially | A growing and highly collaborative organization is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Salesforce Developer to support and evolve its enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This individual will play a critical role in both strategic platform ownership and hands-on technical development, partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams. While the position will begin as fully remote, candidates should be comfortable transitioning to a hybrid work arrangement in the Cincinnati market as the organization establishes a local office presence.
