Senior Salesforce Administrator
Private Label Staff
• Serve as the primary administrator and internal platform expert for Salesforce and Certinia environments • Configure and maintain Salesforce workflows, automations, permissions, dashboards, reports, and custom objects • Support and optimize business processes across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable platform solutions • Manage user setup, profiles, roles, security settings, and system access • Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms • Assist with data management, data quality initiatives, and system governance • Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training • Collaborate with technical teams and external partners on platform enhancements and ongoing optimization • Maintain system documentation and support best practices around platform administration
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality, including: Flows Reporting & Dashboards User & Security Management Process Automation Data Management
- Experience supporting Certinia / FinancialForce strongly preferred
- Experience working within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
