Senior Salesforce Developer Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 Work Arrangement: Remote Initially | A growing and highly collaborative organization is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Salesforce Developer to support and evolve its enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This individual will play a critical role in both strategic platform ownership and hands-on technical development, partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams. While the position will begin as fully remote, candidates should be comfortable transitioning to a hybrid work arrangement in the Cincinnati market as the organization establishes a local office presence. Key Responsibilities - Serve as a senior technical resource for Salesforce administration, development, and platform optimization - Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations - Support and enhance Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) functionality, configurations, and workflows - Partner cross-functionally with business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and automate business processes - Manage and optimize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and system improvements - Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications - Drive best practices around system governance, security, documentation, and platform scalability - Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing technical support and enhancements Qualifications - 5+ years of Salesforce Administration and Development experience - Strong expertise with: - Apex - Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Salesforce Flows - Salesforce integrations/APIs Experience supporting Certinia / FinancialForce strongly preferred - Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud - Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Salesforce certifications preferred This is a great opportunity for a technically strong Salesforce professional who wants meaningful ownership, cross-functional visibility, and long-term growth in a collaborative environment.
