• Employ search marketing tactics, analyze web metrics, and develop recommendations to increase visibility to target markets • Build and maintain lead nurture efforts that deliver high quality marketing qualified leads that are ready to buy • Research conditions in our markets in order to gather information and insights that drive marketing strategy • Provide operational support to the marketing team, including our new verticals team • Build and optimize demand generation, nurture, and marketing systems initiatives to help accelerate Pilot’s revenue trajectory • Effectively utilize Pilot’s marketing technology and provide strategic guidance to sales and marketing on programs, performance and anything revenue related • Help Pilot build a repeatable, scalable revenue generation machine • Analyze and monitor lead volume and quality • Maintain a healthy, functioning Marketo instance including lead scoring, lifecycle automation, audience segments, nurture programs and integrations with other systems • Build chatbots, marketing campaigns, forms and other lead capture mechanisms
• Implement rigorous problem-solving to help solve clients’ most challenging issues on how to grow their businesses and manage their finances • Own communication with clients regularly to provide our recommendations and manage expectations • Bring the latest analytical techniques plus a deep understanding of financial modeling to help clients develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts • Be part of the world’s preeminent financial services tech-enabled firm - a trusted advisor for our clients on their most important financial and business decisions • Partner with clients to help them deliver measurable and sustainable improvements in financial and business KPIs • Keep business plans and projects on track with ongoing budget management and monitoring for variance reporting and rolling forecasts • Support successful investor discussions and board meetings by analyzing and tracking relevant KPIs • Refine the strategies to address areas of opportunity within Pilot CFO Services • Recommend and contribute to process improvements to maximize accuracy and efficiency within the CFO Services offering
• Building, testing and deploying software in a continuous manner (we deploy daily or more often). • Creating and contributing to technical specs and testing/rollout plans. • Working with internal customers and stakeholders to ensure we’re solving the right problems. • Mentoring and sponsoring your teammates to help them grow. • Working across teams to shape the future of engineering at Pilot. • Supporting your software and services as required.
• Own a portfolio of client engagements as the primary strategic finance partner to founders and executive teams • Build long-term, trust-based client relationships grounded in sound judgment and measurable impact • Lead companies through critical inflection points such as fundraising, M&A evaluation, pricing and packaging strategy, sales compensation design, and go-to-market decisions • Advise on capital allocation and investment prioritization, cash runway management, unit economics, and long-term financial planning • Shape board narratives and support investor communications with clear, data-driven insights • Build and maintain financial models and forecasts, using them as decision-making tools — not simply reporting outputs • Leverage AI and automation to improve financial workflows, analytical efficiency, and forecasting accuracy • Contribute to the continued evolution of Pilot’s Consulting Services offering and delivery model • Own and drive progress against Consulting Services team OKRs, translating strategic priorities into measurable results • Mentor and guide junior team members as they develop their strategic finance and client leadership capabilities
• Ownership of our design system across Figma, Storybook, production code & AI vibecoded prototypes • Stewardship of Storybook as the source of truth for UI components and usage • Tight alignment between design intent and shipped UI • Component quality, consistency, and scalability across the product • Expand the design system to support product, marketing, and AI-ready experiences from a single, shared foundation • Partner daily with product designers to shape components early, not after the fact • Partner with frontend engineers to ensure components are easy to adopt and extend • Build and maintain reusable, accessible UI components in Vue • Translate design system decisions into clean, documented, production-ready components • Keep Figma, Storybook, and code in sync and actively close gaps • Leverage MCP when necessary to help connect intent, components, and UI • Evolve the design system to be AI-ready, enabling vibecoding prototypes by mapping intent to constrained, brand-safe components
