Qualifications - Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the media agency, ad tech or data analytics space. - Strong understanding of programmatic, audience data, measurement solutions and media buying processes within media agencies. - Established contacts within Media & Social Agencies required. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue with large enterprise clients. - Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. - Experienced in scoping and developing proposals and negotiation strategies. - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Excellent sales pipeline management skills with a track record of predictability and consistency. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office software. - BA with a concentration in Communications, Marketing or Media a plus. Role Description The BI Consultant plays a critical role in managing reporting tasks, analyzing data for meaningful trends, and consults with clients on efficient use of various BI tools. They work independently to optimize reporting processes, enhance efficiency, and identify opportunities for business growth. They take on a more strategic role in business development by identifying and nurturing leads, refining proposals, and optimizing the quoting process for BI solutions. Qualifications - 3-6 years of relevant work experience. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Proficiency in at least one of the following data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Micro Strategy or similar. - Experience working with AI Productivity tools (Copilot, Chat, Claude, etc.) - Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Proven track record of successfully delivering innovative reporting solutions. - Experience working directly with customers preferred. - Passion for learning and applying new technologies to drive business outcomes for clients. - Intellectually curious and strong desire to learn, understand, and apply BI tools and techniques to a variety of projects. - Familiarity with applying deductive reasoning, understanding hierarchical relationships and identifying gaps in logic. - Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently. - Builds and maintains positive and collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues – up, down, and across. - Previous experience working with FMCG Retailers or Manufacturers is a plus. - Past experience working with offshore resources a huge plus. Requirements - This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of $69,800 - $81,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. - This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
