Role Description Enable fulfilment of operations deliverables and ensure those deliverables are in line with budget, schedule and quality assurance based on global standard operating procedures within area of responsibility. Close and effective collaboration across multiple functions that work together on project execution and deliverables to deliver on project/client commitments. The project management role is responsible for managing all aspects of project activities from costing, set-up, execution, data quality to end deliverables. Ensuring that projects are completed within established budgets, parameters, schedule and quality standards. Proactive approach to addressing potential operational risks with mitigation plan in place to ensure we deliver on all our project commitments and drive high client satisfaction. Commercial understanding and driving high customer service standards are key as this role works in close collaboration with commercial partners and even the end client. This role is focused on qualitative research studies for the Malaysia market, managing the end-to-end delivery of qualitative projects while ensuring operational excellence, quality standards, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities - Project Management: - Handle costing, setup, execution, and closure of projects. - Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure data quality. - Manage end-to-end qualitative research projects, including but not limited to In-Depth Interviews (IDIs), Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), online communities, ethnographic studies, and other qualitative methodologies. - Vendor & Fieldwork Coordination: - Brief vendors, manage fieldwork, and ensure capacity meets project needs. - Quality & Compliance: - Implement QA procedures, ensure data security, and adhere to SOPs and regulations. - Process & Cost Optimization: - Track project costs, manage changes, and drive continuous improvement. - Communication: - Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide timely updates. Qualifications - Flexible and easily adapt in a dynamic work environment. - Build strong engagement with key partners and excel in stakeholder management. - Work in an organized and efficient manner with high utilization of your and team’s time as well as optimal utilization of operations resources. - Can-do attitude, self-motivated, with negotiating skills and great communication abilities. - Collaborative and part of a remote team within a dynamic and challenging environment while maintaining high standards. - Experienced in managing qualitative research projects and comfortable working with a diverse range of respondents, including business decision-makers, B2B audiences, and premium customer segments. Requirements - Must have a minimum of 4+ years' Market Research experience. - Extensive project management experience. - Hands-on experience managing qualitative research studies and methodologies. - Experience handling B2B research projects and/or premium customer segments is highly preferred. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities following strict time schedules. - Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy. - Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and communication tools. - Ability to understand ethical & integrity values and takes responsibility for own actions. - Ability to maintain performance under pressure and accepts accountability for own actions and performance. - Ability to cooperate well with others within and across departments to get the work done.
