• Lead the configuration of ITSM Incident Management • Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive migration strategy from Oracle Service Cloud to ServiceNow • Configure the Knowledge Management to support multi-level access control • Perform migration of existing Survey configurations and historical CSAT results • Perform data migrations of historical Incidents, Knowledge Bases, and User records • Develop Service Portal widgets, Client Scripts, and UI Actions • Implement advanced Reference Qualifiers and User Criteria • Design and configure Reports and Dashboards tailored to different personas

• Provide platform specific advice and expertise on Quality Assurance aspects to the stakeholders that will ensure project completion and costs savings throughout the project lifecycle. • Quality assurance includes the periodic review of key project processes, documentation (i.e., business case, project charter, project schedule and budget – original and current baseline, requirements, designs, and project reports, etc.), and interviews with key business and technical staff. • Quality assurance also includes evaluating, identifying, and recommending adjustments to the activities or tasks (and associated resources) that must be performed in the project to provide confidence that the project will satisfy the relevant quality standards.

• System Admin with Electronic Health Records (EHR/ EMR) experience.

• Facilitate core Agile events and lightweight cross team syncs; maintain sprint goal clarity • Make Agile “feel useful” via energetic, varied, participatory ceremonies (not rote compliance) • Track and drive resolution of impediments (environment, integration, data, approvals) across platforms • Coordinate cross team and cross platform dependencies (batch windows vs deployment timing, integration points) • Maintain visible radiators: sprint goals, impediment log, experiment tracker, simple metrics (goal attainment %, carryover, blocker aging) • Coach Product Owners / BAs and tech leads on prioritization, slicing, and readiness • Drive 1–2 small improvement experiments per team per sprint; follow through to closure • Foster psychological safety, inclusive participation, and sustainable pace

• Be part of an Agile support team in support of digital transformation, integration of emerging technologies into mission applications and supporting modernized, cloud-based applications in production for Customs and Border Protection. • The ideal candidate will be innovative, creative, and able to work independently. • Note that the duties listed above are not exhaustive, and the successful candidate may be required to perform additional tasks as needed.

• 7 plus years of overall IT experience on SailPoint. • Implementation customization and support of SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ. • Designing tool architecture and coding using advanced J2EE for product customization. • Designing and implementing Workflows & Rules according to the environment capacity. • Customizing SailPoint product as per client requirements, including custom applications, tasks, reports, User Interface. • Implementing Certification in SailPoint such as Manager Certification, Role Membership Certification, etc. • Implementing custom connectors like Google Apps, Facebook for IQ integration. • UI customization for SailPoint using JSF Framework, JavaScript. • Implementing SOD Policies and Risk Score features in IdentityIQ. • Onboarding or integrations with various applications.

• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, SOPs, program communications, and social media content. • Write and edit technical documents with clarity, accuracy, and audience-appropriate structure. • Edit and format technical and program documentation in Word and PowerPoint. • Serve as a senior editor to ensure consistency across internal and external training materials. • Conduct quality reviews to ensure proper grammar, punctuation, and style. • Integrate multiple stakeholder inputs into polished, client-ready deliverables. • Develop client training aids such as video scripts, presentation materials, and social media content. • Learn complex technical concepts and communicate them in simple, engaging ways. • Collaborate with SMEs and internal authors to refine documentation and provide recommendations for improvement. • Gather and synthesize stakeholder feedback to enhance usability and inform future investments. • Support Agile team workflows and SDLC-aligned documentation needs. • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

• Optimize release deployments and maintain secure cloud infrastructure • Handle day-to-day operations and problem-solving • Ingest new solutions and products from the Build/Automation organization • Use monitoring and logging tools to solve issues • Conduct post-mortem analysis and identify potential issues for improvement • Setup, monitor, and maintain DevOps cloud-based SAAS products and solutions • Maintain security and data privacy and ensure compliance • Work with architects on deployment architecture, security, and CI/CD implementations • Setup and maintain Kubernetes clusters on cloud environments • Analyze and solve operational issues, and respond to incidents • Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvements • Evaluate new technology options and vendor products
