• Ensure that user identities, authentication mechanisms, and access entitlements are secure, compliant, and auditable. • Oversee and govern access to critical environments, including product back offices, payment gateways, and enterprise applications. • Manage IP address whitelisting for product providers and payment gateways. • Ensure secure access through proper governance, monitoring, and enforcement of security policies using DLP, CASB, PIM, and PAM solutions. • Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions across systems. • Regularly review and audit user access compliance with internal and regulatory requirements. • Integrate IAM systems with HRIS, directory services, and cloud identity providers. • Collaborate with network and application teams to troubleshoot access connectivity. • Conduct regular privileged account reviews and implement access remediation. • Support IAM integrations with SaaS platforms and troubleshooting authentication and access-related issues.
• Contribute to our global Technology Operations organization as a DevOps Engineer. • Provide agile, secure, and automated delivery pipelines and platform resilience for cloud-native workloads running on AWS and Azure. • Lead end-to-end CI/CD infrastructure design, container orchestration, observability integration and system reliability in development, staging, and production environments. • Collaborate with Site Reliability, Application, Network and Security Engineering teams to align infrastructure delivery with evolving business and technical requirements. • Design, maintain, and document CI/CD infrastructure, supporting canary deployments, blue/green strategies, and infrastructure-as-code best practices. • Automate and manage Kubernetes (AKS) workloads using Helm, Kustomize, and GitOps patterns (ArgoCD).
• Define and communicate a clear product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements. • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, refining user stories and acceptance criteria with input from stakeholders and development teams. • Work closely with business leaders, engineers, designers, and customers to gather requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables. • Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team delivers high-value increments on time. • Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform product decisions. • Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure technical feasibility and scalability of solutions. • Track product performance (e.g., KPIs, ROI) and report progress to senior leadership. • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact product delivery or quality.
• Act as the first point of contact for external B2B customers, ensuring prompt, professional, and effective communication. • Manage, triage, and resolve incidents and service requests logged via Jira Service Management (JSM). • Ensure all tickets meet defined SLAs and escalations are managed in accordance with contractual commitments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service to multiple business clients. • Provide first-line technical support to users on IT issues involving software, hardware, networks, and access management. • Troubleshoot issues such as password resets, installations, login problems, and general system errors. • Monitor and manage tickets across multiple Jira platforms and Third-party vendor ticketing systems. • Monitor and manage service levels to ensure resolution within SLA. • Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the appropriate Support teams with detailed documentation. • Maintain accurate and clear records of issue descriptions, actions taken, and resolution. • Flag and escalate high-priority incidents (P1/P2) and business-critical disruptions based on impact and volume. • Process and manage user requests (e.g., software access, hardware provisioning, and account creation). • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to fulfill service requests and incidents efficiently. • Ensure proper prioritization of tickets based on business impact and urgency. • Regularly review and contribute to the Knowledge Base for continuous improvement and user self-help. • Monitor key business systems and services proactively to identify disruptions or degradations. • Immediately escalate P1/P2 or business-critical incidents to Incident Managers and relevant stakeholders. • Maintain timely and professional communication with users regarding ticket updates, expected timelines, and resolutions. • Gather complete information from users to improve first-contact resolution. • Maintain up-to-date documentation on recurring issues and resolution steps. • Collaborate with ITOps, Development, and Product teams to address complex or cross-functional issues.
• Perform daily website updates via Strapi CMS, Git, and SVN • Configure content models, components, and APIs in Strapi • Diagnose/fix frontend bugs (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) • Optimize CMS performance and publishing workflows • Maintain version control (Git/SVN) for all site changes • Provide after-hours/weekend coverage for critical site issues • Partner with designers, backend devs, and business teams for rapid content deployment • Develop reusable templates and components in Strapi • Document CMS best practices for global teams
• Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and other database engines (on-premise or cloud). • Perform routine database health checks, maintenance, patching, and upgrades. • Manage backup and recovery strategies, ensuring RPO/RTO compliance. • Monitor end-to-end database performance (CPU, memory, I/O, PLE, slow queries, locking, indexing). • Conduct query optimization, indexing strategies, and database tuning. • Analyze slow queries, performance bottlenecks, and long-running processes. • Manage and support HA/DR solutions such as SQL Server AlwaysOn Availability Groups, Replication, Log Shipping, MySQL Replication / InnoDB Cluster. • Ensure proper failover, redundancy, and disaster recovery plans. • Implement and maintain database access controls, least privilege, and role-based permissions. • Conduct security audits, patching, vulnerability remediation. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Develop automation for routine DBA tasks. • Maintain monitoring alerts, jobs, and automated maintenance tasks. • Troubleshoot production issues, service outages, and performance incidents. • Provide root cause analysis (RCA) and recommendations to prevent recurrence. • Participate in on-call rotation if required. • Work closely with SRE, DevOps, Developers, and Product Teams on database requirements. • Support deployments, data patch requests, schema migrations, and release activities. • Maintain accurate documentation (DB standards, architecture diagrams, SOPs, KT materials).
• Design and document end-to-end cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud. • Lead the development of highly available, scalable, and secure multi-region cloud environments, including disaster recovery strategies with well-defined RTO and RPO objectives. • Establish and enforce cloud governance frameworks, including tagging, identity and access control, and cost-optimized infrastructure designs. • Own the definition and maintenance of CI/CD infrastructure, including support for blue/green deployments, canary releases, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) best practices. • Collaborate closely with DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Application, and Security teams to align architectural decisions with business needs. • Define and oversee observability standards, ensuring robust monitoring, alerting, and telemetry pipelines for production workloads. • Continually evaluate and recommend the adoption of cloud-native technologies, tooling, and industry best practices to improve system resilience and maintainability. • Serve as an escalation point for critical production issues related to cloud infrastructure.
