• Operating and optimizing Kubernetes clusters (EKS) and AWS infrastructure • Debugging complex issues (performance, scheduling, OOM, CrashLoopBackOff) • Deploying and operating self-hosted services (e.g., Istio, OpenSearch, RabbitMQ) • Implementing GitOps (Argo CD / Flux) and observability (logging, metrics, tracing) • Defining SLIs/SLOs and alerting strategies • Developing backup and disaster recovery concepts (including RTO/RPO) • Analyzing and improving system architectures (scalability, security, single points of failure)

• Design and Improvement of existing and new CI / CD processes. • Comply with the standards and ensure that the processes are applied. • Design monitoring solutions for a Cloud based application environment (Microsoft Azure) and in containerized technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Including service availability and platform availability as well. • Design of Azure Cloud environment and improve our technical stack. • Work close with our infrastructure team that is providing the network stack and the overall cloud environment to us. • Build, test and maintain the DevOps tools and environments so that software can be developed and released according to the company strategy.

• Design, develop, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on security • Integrate security tools across the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Automate processes related to building, testing, and deploying software • Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to ensure high-quality and secure solutions • Identify potential threats and implement mechanisms to mitigate risks in the development process • Participate in projects related to embedded systems and Linux/RTOS environments
