Role Description We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on developer with leadership skills, capable of guiding a team of developers while also collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and administrators to deliver high-quality CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead Salesforce development initiatives, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed. - Design and develop custom applications, integrations, and automations on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.). - Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers through code reviews, mentoring, and hands-on problem-solving. - Partner with Solution/Technical Architects/Data Migration Specialists to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Manage end-to-end development lifecycle: requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support. - Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware. - Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, and secure coding practices. - Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and ecosystem innovations; proactively recommend improvements. - Collaborate with QA teams for test automation, regression testing, and release management. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery practices. Qualifications - 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with at least 2+ years in a lead/mentoring role. - Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL. - Strong expertise in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) and integration patterns. - Experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, etc.). - Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules). - Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git). - Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and modern development lifecycles. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on coding. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Lead the end-to-end implementation, migration, and optimization of SAP Concur (Travel & Expense and/or Invoice) platforms. • Architect and oversee technical integrations between Concur and adjacent systems, including HRIS feeds (Workday), core ERP/GL systems (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and corporate card programs (Amex/Visa). • Drive the technical consolidation of disparate finance and expense systems post-merger. • Manage complex data migrations, including the reconciliation of historical expense data, in-flight reports, employee master profiles, and hierarchical approval workflows. • Ensure absolute alignment and precision across legal entities, General Ledger (GL) mapping, and employee data feeds. • Manage relationships with SAP Concur Deployment Consultants and Professional Services, holding third-party partners strictly accountable to milestones, technical quality, and SLAs. • Formulate and present program status, risk mitigation frameworks, and critical milestones to Executive Steering Committees. • Partner with business leaders to build, launch, and manage enterprise-wide communication, training frameworks, and super-user networks across a highly distributed US employee base. • Act as the technical liaison for Controllers, AP, Tax, Travel, Internal Audit, and compliance teams.

• Build Synapse pipelines, SQL transformations, datasets, and linked services. • Translate Alteryx logic into Synapse SQL, PySpark, or Data Flows. • Tune performance of dedicated SQL pools (partitioning, indexing, caching). • Implement CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub. • Configure and manage data security, RLS, access roles, and auditing. • Optimize ADLS Gen2 folder structures, file formats, and Delta/Parquet usage. • Collaborate with the Data Modeller to ensure accurate implementation of models. • Monitor Synapse environments, performance, costs, and autoscaling. • Troubleshoot issues across ingestion, transformation, orchestration phases. • Provide architectural guidance and platform best practices.
