Role Description We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on developer with leadership skills, capable of guiding a team of developers while also collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and administrators to deliver high-quality CRM solutions. Qualifications - 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with at least 2+ years in a lead/mentoring role. - Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL. - Strong expertise in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) and integration patterns. - Experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, etc.). - Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules). - Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git). - Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and modern development lifecycles. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on coding. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (minimum: Platform Developer I). - Additional certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, or JavaScript Developer I are a plus. - Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ/Revenue Cloud. - Knowledge of middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.). - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. - Prior experience in leading offshore/nearshore development teams.
