• Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, primarily supporting Service Cloud features such as Console, Case Management, Omnichannel, Knowledge, and CTI integrations. • Write and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support business requirements. • Assist in developing Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or other integration tools. • Build and maintain Salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and permissions. • Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA engineers, and senior developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Participate in code reviews and follow established Salesforce development best practices and coding standards. • Support release management and deployment activities using CI/CD or deployment tools. • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, bugs, and defects during development and testing phases. • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Code, perform unit testing, and build Salesforce applications while ensuring scalability and performance • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and security features • Collaborate with required development stakeholders to facilitate and support ongoing environment, code move, release management process • Identify opportunities to automate recurring activities and identifying long-term options, such as self-service • Setup new production Orgs, sandboxes and support for deployment/release activities

• Supports the application development of big data application for business requirements in agreed architecture framework and Agile environment • Thoroughly analyzes requirements, develops, tests, and documents software quality to ensure proper implementation • Follows agreed upon SDLC procedures to ensure that all information system products and services meet: both explicit and implicit quality standards, end-user functional requirements, architectural standards, performance requirements, audit requirements, security rules are upheld, and external facing reporting is properly represented • Performs application and project risk analysis and recommends quality improvements • Assists Production Support by providing advice on system functionality and fixes as required • Communicates in a clear and concise manner all time delays or defects in the software immediately to appropriate team members and management • Experience with resolving security vulnerabilities

• Design and develop automation/performance solutions that meet organization standards and build reliable, reusable, and maintainable automated regression suites & test harnesses • Create tools and frameworks with quality code to simplify testing scenarios • Design and develop test plans, and test cases based on functional and design specifications, execute test cases, and analyze and report test results to the teams • Work in partnership with the development teams to deliver business functionality on time with required quality that meets the acceptance criteria • Acts as a test lead, planning the work of other testing staff and assigning tasks to meet project deadlines • Uses strong testing skills to provide guidance and assist project staff • Reviews and approves the work of project team members in the writing of scripts, expected results, test results, and defect descriptions • Ensures best practices are followed and testing activities stay on schedule • Focus on building efficient solutions for Web, Services/APIs, and Database testing requirements • Participate in internal/cross-team meetings, project scoping, functional reviews, test specifications, and technical reviews for assigned projects in an Agile environment • Involved in requirements review and participating in architecture/design reviews with an emphasis on test automation/performance strategy and ensuring best practices • Participate actively in functional, system, and regression testing activities • Capture quality assurance data and metrics to provide insights and conclusions • Estimate and perform risk analysis for quality delivery.

• Hands-on Salesforce developer supporting an active implementation. • Primary focus on building and maintaining Lightning Web Components, implementing Apex-based logic when needed, and operating integrations via MuleSoft or direct REST/SOAP API connections. • Responsible for production support, troubleshooting, and enabling the implementation team to deliver secure, testable, and performant solutions. • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Lightning Web Components (LWC); ensure accessibility, performance, reusability, and clear documentation. • Implement server-side business logic with Apex (synchronous and asynchronous patterns), ensuring bulkification and governor‑limit safety. • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via MuleSoft middleware or direct REST/SOAP APIs; own connector code, error handling, retries, and monitoring. • Configure Salesforce where appropriate (objects, fields, page layouts, flows, security), prioritizing code-first solutions when complexity or performance demands it. • Create and maintain automated tests (Apex unit tests, integration tests) and support CI/CD pipelines (SFDX, Git, automated deployments). • Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, deliver hotfixes, and document runbooks and post‑mortems. • Participate in technical design reviews, estimate implementation effort, and work with other developers on LWC/Apex/integration. • Implement observability for components and integrations (logging, alerts, dashboards).

• Serve on a team as one of the primary system administrators for the Salesforce.com environment. • Design and implement complex business process logic and automation leveraging flow and Salesforce Platform Capabilities. • Coordinate with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Engineers to design the best solution following the Salesforce Declarative Mindset. • Partner with Product Management teams to help define our Product Roadmap of with Salesforce capabilities in mind.

• Partner with Digital Product Managers, Architects, Quality Engineers, and Salesforce.com Administrators to design and drive the execution and delivery of products • Partner with Solution Architects to drive the definition and execution standards for designing new solutions • Definition and execution of best-practices and see that they are adopted and practiced by the development team(s) • Design and implement scalable and testable solutions utilizing native Salesforce functionality. (APEX, SOQL, Visualforce Lightning Web Components, etc.) • Lead conversations around code reviews with other engineers, and administrators to provide constructive feedback to help grow the team • Design and Implement Integrations of Salesforce applications with 3rd party systems • Bring an excitement and passion to building a world-class salesforce team and application • Work collaboratively with other engineers, product managers, UX designers, etc in a fast-paced agile environment
