Role Description We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on developer with leadership skills, capable of guiding a team of developers while also collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and administrators to deliver high-quality CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead Salesforce development initiatives, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed. - Design and develop custom applications, integrations, and automations on the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.). - Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce developers through code reviews, mentoring, and hands-on problem-solving. - Partner with Solution/Technical Architects/Data Migration Specialists to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Manage end-to-end development lifecycle: requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support. - Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware. - Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, and secure coding practices. - Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and ecosystem innovations; proactively recommend improvements. - Collaborate with QA teams for test automation, regression testing, and release management. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery practices. Qualifications - 7+ years of Salesforce development experience with at least 2+ years in a lead/mentoring role. - Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL. - Strong expertise in Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) and integration patterns. - Experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, etc.). - Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules). - Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git). - Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and modern development lifecycles. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance technical leadership with hands-on coding. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce Platform Developer II certification (minimum: Platform Developer I). - Additional certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, or JavaScript Developer I are a plus. - Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ/Revenue Cloud. - Knowledge of middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.). - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. - Prior experience in leading offshore/nearshore development teams. • Pipeline Development: Design and maintain robust ETL processes, with extensive work using AWS Glue, Python (PySpark) and SQL. • Data Analysis and Quality: Actively perform data analysis, identifying errors, anomalies, and potential issues before they impact the business. • Metrics Creation: Support the team in developing reliability and data-health metrics. • Advanced Observability: Implement and manage pipeline monitoring using tools such as Datadog or AWS CloudWatch, ensuring the stability, performance, and quality of our AI workloads.
