• Primary responsibility will be the negotiation of clinical trial agreements (CTAs) across multi-site, multi-country trials. • Manage a high-volume contract portfolio, applying risk-based prioritization and playbooks to ensure efficient turnaround without compromising legal protection. • Advise Clinical Operations and Regulatory teams on contracting risk, indemnification, intellectual property allocation, data use, and budget/payment terms. • Identify potential legal risks within contractual agreements and communicate these risks to internal decision-makers, offering mitigation strategies. • Ensure all clinical trial contracts and processes comply with applicable federal, state, and international laws and regulations, including FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). • Assist with the legal aspects of patient informed consent forms (ICFs) to ensure participant protection and compliance. • Develop templates and negotiate agreements relating to data protection and privacy issues, including GDPR, SCCs, and related data protection matters. • Develop policies and procedures surrounding anti-kickback considerations in investigator and institutional payments in the clinical trial context. • Stay current with changes in legislation and regulatory environments affecting clinical research and integrate updates into company templates and processes. • Structure, negotiate, and manage master service agreements and work orders with CROs, central labs, imaging vendors, and other clinical research service providers. • Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of non-clinical vendor agreements, including consulting agreements, master services agreements for general business support (e.g., IT, marketing, facilities), and supply agreements as needed. • Support due diligence, licensing, and collaboration agreements involving clinical-stage assets as needed. • Develop and maintain template agreements, negotiation playbooks, fallback positions, and contracting guidance to scale the function efficiently. • Identify process improvements and contribute to contract lifecycle management (CLM) system optimization. • Perform ad-hoc and cross-functional projects assigned to support business needs and provide developmental opportunities.

• Engage in the exchange of scientific data and education of health care practitioners on ImmunityBio products. • Facilitation of clinical research and integration of clinical/scientific expertise. • Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Health Care Practitioners (HCPs). • Deliver clinical and scientific presentations to KOLs and HCPs. • Identify and report key scientific insights from the field on research developments. • Support relationship development and interactions with professional organizations/societies & advocacy groups.
• Execute sales strategy to drive Anktiva’s treatment adoption across all clinics and prescribers who treat and manage patients with approved indicators. • Build trusting customer relationships and provide clear educational information to communicate efficacy results and define appropriate patient identification. • Develop and maintain meaningful disease state knowledge and product expertise to provide value proposition to the customer. • Analyze account performance, identify prescriber adoption barriers, and propose solutions to address barriers. • Collaborate with ImmunityBio matrix partners to identify opportunities and/or change territory tactics. • Accountable for the training of all relevant HCP’s on Anktiva dosing, administration, and overall treatment expectations for all accounts within the territory. • Utilize approved resources to educate and answer questions regarding reimbursement and contracting information. • Appropriately utilize company approved marketing tools and resources to craft a targeted approach to manage accounts and geographic territory. • Plan, lead, and execute speaker programs for the top providers and clinics within the territory. • Represent product in a professional, compliant, and ethical manner. • Complete all administration, reporting, and training tasks proficiently and on time. • Perform other duties as assigned.
• Management of day-to-day commercial distribution operations • Partner with Supply Chain on commercial product functions -DSCSA/serialization in conjunction with 3rd party vendor (ie TraceLink), manufacturing/3PL build, inbound inventory, and responsibility matrix • Plan and execute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) • Manage relationship with Urology GPOs and determine best ways to increase market share and overall sales • Establish, review, manage, and update vendor partners and agreements based on current and future business needs • Manage specialty pharmacy (SP) to ensure that contract is executed properly and product not flowing out of their institutions. • Performs ad-hoc and cross-functional duties and/or projects assigned to support business needs and provide developmental opportunities.
• Act as the primary clinical/scientific resource to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Health Care Practitioners (HCPs) in a specified geography for information pertaining to disease state and ImmunityBio’s product(s) and pipeline to ensure awareness and understanding. • Serve as a conduit for accurate and updated clinical, scientific, and medical information between KOLs, investigators and the company's Medical Affairs and Clinical Development groups. • Establish, foster, cultivate and maintain peer relationships with KOLs and HCPs in the therapeutic areas in which ImmunityBio has current and future interests. • Share knowledge and participate in scientific exchanges and interactions with identified KOLs. • Delivers timely, accurate, and succinct clinical and scientific presentations to KOLs and HCPs, both proactively and in response to requests for information, consistent with promotional compliance, PhRMA guidelines, and FDA regulatory requirements. • Identify and report key scientific, clinical and research insights from KOLs and HCPs to Medical Affairs for communication to key internal stakeholders. • Respond to unsolicited medical information requests in the field. • Fulfill pharmacovigilance responsibilities defined by ImmunityBio SOPs related to medical inquiries and drug safety information. • In collaboration with manager, develop and implement the medical territory plan within geography. • Lead special projects such as development of training materials, training MSLs, mentoring MSLs, development of advisory board materials, facilitation and/or moderation of advisory boards, etc.
• Lead the development and execution of integrated multi-channel patient recruitment campaigns to support patient recruitment for goals across indications and geographies • Develop strategic digital marketing plans aligned with study timelines, enrollment objectives, patient population dynamics, and budget parameters • Lead the efforts to overhaul the ImmunityBio website, including developing compliant site copy, images, and navigation • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search & Display, YouTube, Programmatic, and disease-specific patient communities and advocacy platforms • Oversee campaign performance in real time and continuously optimize against KPIs, including cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates (CR), qualified patient referrals, site engagement, and enrollment progression • Drive ongoing testing and optimization initiatives, including A/B testing of creative, messaging, audience segmentations, and landing pages experiences • Partner with internal analytics teams and external agencies to develop attribution models and patient journey reporting and actionable performance insights • Work with cross-functional teams and external agencies to develop compliant, patient-centric digital content including ad copy, visual assets, landing pages, and educational materials • Ensure all educational materials comply with applicable regulatory, legal, privacy and brand standards • Serve as a strategic partner to Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Legal/Regulatory/PRC, Patient Advocacy, teams to align recruitment campaigns with enrollment priorities, scientific accuracy, and patient community engagement efforts • Manage relationships with media agencies, publishers, technology vendors, and recruitment partners to ensure high-quality execution and performance • Negotiate media placements, pricing, and performance-based agreements where applicable • Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, pacing, and resource allocation • Develop and deliver regular executive-level performance reports, dashboards, and insights for internal stakeholders • Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities in patient education, marketing, digital patient recruitment, and engagement • Stay current on digital trends, privacy changes (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, platform policies), and evolving best practices in patient recruitment marketing • Support broader corporate, clinical, and departmental initiatives through cross-functional projects and leadership contributions

Role Description The QA Engineer is a hands-on, engineering role integrating test automation, software quality assurance, and platform reliability engineering. The role involves close interaction with backend, frontend, AI/ML, and DevOps engineering functions. The QA Engineer will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for quality assurance activities across the organization's AI platform and web applications and will work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of reliable, performant software. - Support engineering leadership in driving appropriate quality standards. - Prepare and adhere to test plans and schedules. - Build automated test infrastructure. - Provide technical support for daily development and release operations across a modern stack.
