Role Description We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to ensure high standards of data quality and validation while executing procedures aimed at improving our overall data handling and management. The role also involves managing helpdesk inquiries and Quick Responses. This role will serve as the central point of accountability for drafting, negotiating, managing, and operationalizing customer contracts across their full lifecycle—from initial deal support through renewal. This position is designed to: - Reduce legal bottlenecks - Increase consistency in negotiations - Free senior sales leadership from routine contract questions The ideal candidate combines contract expertise, operational rigor, and strong business judgment, and is comfortable speaking with clients as well as working cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Legal, Finance, and Operations. • Assist in the preparation of financial statements (monthly and quarterly) in accordance with IFRS/GAAP. • Support the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and fixed assets tracking. • Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. • Perform basic variance analysis and support financial reporting activities. • Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for internal and external audits. • Help maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation is in place. • Support tax compliance activities, including data preparation for filings and payments. • Collaborate with Finance team members to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial reporting. • Participate in accounting and finance projects such as system improvements, process documentation, or internal control support. • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in accounting processes.
