Role Description We are seeking a talented QA Automation Engineer with 4+ years of automation experience to help ensure the quality and reliability of our products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex challenges, and is passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences. - Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to develop robust automated testing solutions. - Improve quality processes and support the delivery of mission-critical financial applications. - Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases. - Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end tests. - Collaborate with developers and product teams to define testing strategies and acceptance criteria. - Identify, document, and track defects through resolution. - Perform API testing and validate integrations between systems. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests into deployment processes. - Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to improve product quality. - Ensure compliance with quality standards for highly regulated financial applications. - Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives. - Advocate for quality best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Qualifications - 4+ years of hands-on experience in QA Automation. - Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks. - Experience testing web-based applications and APIs. - Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and automation best practices. - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills in English. Requirements - Nice to Have: - Previous experience working in FinTech, Banking, Payments, Lending, or Financial Services environments. - Knowledge of security testing and compliance requirements. - Experience with performance and load testing. - Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
