Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in STEM
- 2–6 years of experience in AI, automation, operations, or technical strategy roles
- Strong ability to connect dots across business and technology
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow systems
- Experience building or supporting POCs or internal tools
- Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
- Exposure to agentic AI workflows, RAG systems, or LLM-based tools
- Basic programming knowledge (Python or similar) not required to be strong
- Experience working with DevOps or deployment processes
- Experience in fintech or data-driven environments

This role is to support translational strategies across pipeline development programs.
