Full TimeRemoteLeadTeam 501-1,000

Role Description The Data Platform team is transforming how LTK activates data across the company - building the single source of truth that powers analytics, discovery, monetization, and AI. We are modernizing our data stack, standing up an Enterprise Data Model, migrating analytics tooling, and delivering standardized data access services that serve both internal stakeholders and external product surfaces. As a Product Manager on this team, you will own feature areas within the Data Platform, contributing to delivery from spec through launch. You will write clear requirements, collaborate cross-functionally to ensure delivery, and use data and customer feedback to develop your product judgment in a deeply technical domain. This is a craft-focused role for someone who is eager to grow their product skills on foundational platform work, is comfortable learning technical concepts like data pipelines and semantic modeling, and wants to build the muscle of shipping in a complex, cross-functional environment. How you will make an impact - Write clear, complete specs - own feature-level specs and one-pagers (problem, goals, requirements, non-goals, dependencies) for initiatives such as Enterprise Data Model domain buildouts, data access services, and analytics tooling enablement. - Partner closely with Data Engineering to help define, validate, and deliver canonical dimension, fact, and summary tables across Creator, Brand, and Consumer domains. - Support analytics migrations - assist in the transition from legacy tools to the modern stack, helping ensure business-critical reporting remains uninterrupted and metric definitions stay consistent. - Support data governance processes - help maintain and enforce processes for how metrics are defined, classified, and consumed, flagging unauthorized data sharing and metric drift to leadership. - Collaborate cross-functionally - work alongside product teams, I&A, and operational stakeholders to support adoption of platform-owned data rather than bespoke pipelines. - Use data to inform decisions - track platform KPIs (data freshness, data latency, platform uptime, active users, adoption rate) and use them to validate hypotheses and inform prioritization. - Help manage intake - triage incoming data requests through defined channels, surface prioritization trade-offs to leadership, and help protect team capacity for high-impact platform work. - Leverage AI in your workflow - regularly integrate AI tools into daily workflows to analyze feedback, synthesize insights, draft specs, and validate outputs with sound prompt design. Qualifications - 2 - 4 years of product management experience, with exposure to data platforms, data infrastructure, analytics tooling, or backend platform products. - Ability to write clear specs and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure delivery - you can determine the right level of detail and work with engineering to close gaps. - Comfort working with data engineering concepts - data pipelines, data warehouses, and semantic modeling. You can write tickets and specs with technical detail and understand system boundaries and trade-offs. - Developing product judgment and trade-off awareness - you use data and customer feedback to inform decisions and are building the instincts to prioritize effectively. - Analytical fluency with BI and analytics tools to validate hypotheses and understand how data consumers interact with the platform. - Cross-functional communication skills - you can collaborate across engineering, analytics, and business teams and are growing your ability to facilitate alignment with multiple stakeholders. - Comfort navigating ambiguity and competing priorities in a fast-moving environment; you default to action and bring structure where it doesn't yet exist. - Regularly integrates AI tools into daily workflows to analyze feedback, synthesize insights, and validate outputs with sound prompt design. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). - Experience with modern data stack tooling. - Familiarity with data governance, data catalogs, or metric definition frameworks. - Exposure to ML/AI data readiness - preparing or curating data for machine learning pipelines. - A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency. - Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence. - Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment. - A growth mindset and openness to feedback. Benefits - The opportunity to be part of the leading global company in creator commerce. - A remote-first, productivity-first environment. - Competitive compensation and benefits package to meet the needs of you and your family. - 401(k) with LTK company matching. - Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance. - Paid Maternity Leave and Paid Paternity Leave. - Summer Fridays and Flexible PTO.

LTK’s mission is to empower the world’s premium lifestyle Creators to achieve maximum economic success. We have a huge opportunity ahead of us and we’re looking for team members who want to create, innovate and disrupt an industry. We empower our team members to drive innovation, create value, and continue to spearhead the creation of this industry — a game changer when it comes to career growth. Position title: Manager, Product Design Location: Remote from the U.S. #LI-Remote About the role We’re hiring a Manager, Product Design to lead design across LTK’s native Creator and Consumer apps (iOS and Android). This is a high-leverage role at a pivotal stage of growth. We’re scaling our marketplace, evolving our product strategy, and moving fast. You’ll lead a small team of designers (3–4), raise the craft bar, and drive measurable business impact across both sides of our ecosystem. This role requires someone who can create clarity in ambiguity, build focus in moments of shifting priorities, and deliver high-quality work at pace. Reporting to the VP, Product Design, you’ll connect company strategy to day-to-day execution. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data to shape direction, not just respond to it. You’ll be accountable for your team’s growth, performance, and ability to ship work that drives activation, engagement, retention, and creator success. This role is ideal for a people-first design leader who is hungry to grow, emotionally intelligent, and excited to inspire and develop a team while still staying close to product delivery and craft. How you will make an impact - Lead and develop a team of product designers across Consumer and Creator experiences, setting clear expectations and providing thoughtful, actionable feedback. - Translate company and product strategy into focused priorities, measurable outcomes, and aligned execution in a fast-moving environment. - Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data to define problems, establish success metrics, and make principled tradeoffs that balance speed, quality, and business impact. - Connect design decisions to measurable outcomes such as activation, engagement, retention, GMV, and creator growth. - Raise the craft bar across interaction, visual, and content quality in our native apps, championing accessibility and mobile-first best practices. - Strengthen and evolve our design system to support cohesive, system-first experiences as we scale. - Build clear team operations—capacity planning, prioritization, and decision clarity—so designers can focus on high-impact work. - Identify opportunities to improve how design collaborates and operates as the organization grows. - Leverage AI-enabled workflows to increase speed and clarity while maintaining strong judgment. What you will bring to LTK - 6+ years designing digital products, including 2+ years directly managing product designers with full accountability for hiring, performance management, and team development. - Demonstrated ownership of a meaningful product area, with responsibility for both execution quality and measurable business outcomes. - Experience building and strengthening design operations and team processes in a growing organization—bringing structure without slowing velocity. - Experience shipping high-quality native iOS and Android experiences in a mobile-first, consumer, or marketplace environment. - A track record of developing designers while raising expectations for product thinking, not just craft execution. - Proven ability to influence roadmap direction and proactively shape product strategy, not simply respond to defined requirements. - Strong product intuition and comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving strategy. - Experience using product and business metrics to evaluate impact, inform tradeoffs, and prioritize high-leverage opportunities. - A systems mindset that connects design systems, operating models, and product innovation to long-term scalability. - High standards for craft, accessibility, and cohesive mobile experiences. - Curiosity and practical experience leveraging AI-enabled workflows to increase clarity and speed. - Strong judgment in balancing foundational improvements with forward-looking innovation. If you’re excited about growing your leadership impact while building exceptional mobile experiences, we encourage you to apply — even if your experience doesn’t perfectly match every qualification. What we offer - The opportunity to be part of the leading global company in creator commerce - A remote-first, productivity-first environment - Competitive compensation and benefits package to meet the needs of you and your family - 401(k) with LTK company matching - Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance, Dental Insurance - Paid Maternity Leave and Paid Paternity Leave - Summer Fridays and Flexible PTO About LTK Founded in 2011, LTK is the global technology platform purpose-built to empower lifestyle creators to monetize their content.
