• Du unterstützt unser Account-Management-Team dabei, Kund:innen strukturiert, zuverlässig und mit echter Wertschätzung zu begleiten. • Du bereitest Check-ins, Status-Updates und Follow-ups vor, damit unsere Kund:innen schnell Fortschritte machen und sich optimal betreut fühlen. • Du hilfst bei der Pflege unseres CRM-Systems (HubSpot), hältst Kundeninfos sauber aktuell und unterstützt beim Aufbereiten einfacher KPI-Übersichten. • Du begleitest Kund:innen in ihren ersten Schritten im Programm und sorgst dafür, dass sie einen klaren Überblick haben — Onboarding, nächste Steps, To-Dos. • Du arbeitest eng mit Consulting, Support und Mentoring zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Kund:innen zur richtigen Zeit die richtige Unterstützung bekommen.

• You ensure that the entire lovelifepassport ecosystem runs smoothly. • You are the architect of our production-grade automations and data flows. • You simplify internal processes and ensure data quality. • You build and maintain complex automation scenarios (e.g., with Make or Zapier). • You actively monitor these and ensure all operations run error-free. • You are responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards that visualize key metrics. • You ensure our systems (e.g., Stripe, Google Workspace, Slack) communicate seamlessly. • You create and maintain clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) and change logs for traceability. • You inform stakeholders after significant incidents and manage access rights and roles.

• You write all conversion copy for LLP: landing pages, email flows, ads, and webinar scripts • You create email automations/campaigns and plan, design, and write newsletters • You support the Social Media Manager with hooks, captions, and storytelling • You develop copy that sells AND builds trust, tailored to the coaching space • You easily translate complex coaching topics into simple, tangible messages • You think not only creatively but also with a conversion focus

• You conduct 1:1 strategy calls with clients and provide clear next steps • You are the primary point of contact when a client doesn’t know what to do, has reached goals and needs next steps, or is dissatisfied because they are not progressing • You have a clear understanding of the client’s strategic journey • You act as a reliable sparring partner with strategic foresight • You actively contribute your strategic expertise to clients and the team • You coordinate closely with other experts and the team to ensure the best possible customer journey for strategy and will be supported by an Account Manager

• You are ultimately responsible for the ongoing development and optimization of our products. • You identify market trends, conduct competitive analyses, and create precise customer avatars. • You translate customer needs and feedback into concrete, scalable product strategies and roadmaps. • You lead and develop the marketing team and establish clear structures and processes. • You are responsible for end-to-end product development: from concept to roll-out. • You optimize existing products through continuous analysis of usage data. • You work closely with the CEO, Customer Success, and the Consulting team to enable sustainable growth. • You support the Consulting team as a closer in sales conversations when needed. • You provide the marketing team with product insights for launch campaigns and actively support social media management and copywriting.

• Manage and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) • Ensure every lead is correctly captured and consistently tracked • Build and maintain automations such as email flows, lead nurturing and retargeting • Support the funnel & sales teams through segmentation and personalized customer journeys • Ensure consistent tracking through close collaboration with the performance & sales teams • Set up and maintain pipelines and deal stages in HubSpot • Integrate funnel tools (e.g., OnePage, ThriveCart, webinar systems) with HubSpot/ActiveCampaign • Implement tagging & lead scoring to identify hot leads early • Create email sequences (Welcome, Warm-up, Follow-up, Re‑engagement) • Monitor & report key metrics such as open rates, CTR, funnel conversion/throughput and no-show rates

• You will further develop our forward-looking People & Culture strategy, actively promoting our company values and remote culture. • You will work closely with the executive team to align HR decisions strategically with company objectives. • You will ensure every team member feels heard and act as the point of contact for questions about career development and workplace satisfaction. • You will be responsible for the HR team and for finalizing recruiting processes.
