• You are responsible for the entire recruiting process, from reviewing application documents to conducting interview calls. • You conduct qualitative interviews to assess not only skills but also the cultural fit of candidates. • You create compelling, brand-compliant job postings and position our company as an attractive employer. • You support candidates from first contact through contract signing and ensure an excellent onboarding process. • You work closely with the respective departments and hiring managers to clearly define job requirements and plan recruiting needs.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting, ideally in a fast-growing digital company or a remote organization.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident presence in video interviews.
- Structured, self-directed working style in a remote environment.
- Deep understanding of the importance of company culture and values in recruiting.
- Experience with Factorial is a plus.
- Proficient use of communication and collaboration tools for remote work (Slack, Google Workspace, Asana, etc.).
- You embody our values and vision and act as an important ambassador for our employer brand.
- German language skills at a minimum C1 level are required.

Role Description Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner-II to support full-cycle recruiting activities for a technology-focused organization.
