• Übernahme des Usermanagements in internen Tools und Sicherstellung korrekter Zugänge, Rollen und Freigaben. • Erste Ansprechperson bei internen Tool Fragen, Login Problemen oder Zugriffsproblemen. • Unterstützung bei der Überwachung bestehender Automationsflows in Tools wie Make, Zapier oder n8n. • Pflege interner Tool Übersichten, damit Systeme und Zugänge nachvollziehbar bleiben. • Erstellung und Aktualisierung von SOPs, Checklisten, Guidelines sowie Schritt für Schritt Anleitungen. • Unterstützung bei der technischen Umsetzung des Onboardings für neue Teammitglieder. • Strukturierte Weiterleitung komplexer, technischer oder sensibler Themen an die richtige Ansprechperson.
Job Requirements
- Erfahrung in Operations, virtueller Assistenz, Tool Administration oder internem Support.
- Sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Tools wie Asana, Airtable, CRM Systemen oder Support Tools.
- Technisches Grundverständnis und schnelle Einarbeitung in neue Tools, Automationen und digitale Abläufe.
- Strukturierte, detailgenaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, besonders bei Zugängen, Daten, Freigaben und Dokumentationen.
- Klare Einordnung, Priorisierung und lösungsorientierte Bearbeitung interner Anfragen.
- Mindestens Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau erforderlich.
