• Assist in financial analysis by interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and preparing reports to support decision-making • Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities, providing accurate and timely financial information • Accurately maintain and update books of accounts (Journal, Ledger) • Collect daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets • Calculate employee work hours • Manage onboarding and off boarding of employees • Use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level • Enter new employee data into company’s database • Work hand in hand with the HR Manager to collect the data necessary for the performance management and improvement systems and programs to be implemented by the HR Department • Participate in the implementation of regulatory compliance ​and reporting • Contribute in policy development and documentation • Contribute to the development and smooth flow of company-employee communication • Adhere and assist in facilitating programs for employee safety, welfare, and wellness education • Monitor formats and quality standards • Respond to employee questions about compensation, benefits, and deductions • Distribute payment statements • Participate in meetings with top level executives • Communicate and transact with different providers • Actively source providers that can enhance and automate the financial-related processes of the company • Perform other duties as assigned
