• Identify and draft current and target journeys, touchpoints, for high priority flows. • Define measurable metrics, insights and outcomes with enterprise architecture. • Analytics related to member outcomes, conversions, drop/offs and friction points. • Support CSAT improvements. • Drive UI/UX roadmap recommendations, templates and backlog support. • Perform on key deliverables, including user flows and journeys, measurable metrics, key touchpoints, UI/UX best practices, and CSAT improvements. • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Act as a liaison working with ISC2 Sales, Marketing, PMO, Legal, Finance and Professional Development teams • Process sales deliverables for the B2B, Direct Sales, Partnerships and Sponsorship Sales Team covering the NAR and LATAM regions • Reporting and Analysis of Data Quality and Reconciliation, Leads, Account Profiles, Pipeline, Sales Cycle, GTM metrics, eCommerce, and other reporting objects • Reporting and cleanup of data in the Salesforce system: identifying incomplete data, duplicates, etc • Supporting sales reps by communicating and assisting with completion of other department’s requirements forms, templates, etc • Performing project management of tenders and bidding processes within the specified region

• Provide a high-quality experience to our customer at all times, through multiple communication channels achieving designated KPI’s associated with the role. • Actively promote products and services to our customers, explaining products and making recommendations based on customer driven information. • Actively seek opportunities to reduce customer effort and friction to improve customer satisfaction and drive loyalty. • Manage day to day contacts: Deliver accurate, professional and timely support to customers during the examination and education registration process and strive to achieve first time resolution on every contact. • Resolve customer concerns through the case management system; create cases for each contact handled. • Assist customers and candidates with items such as: password resets; contact or profile change requests; “how-to” issues concerning website use; certification process and renewal related issues/inquires; extensions; etc. • Process payments for annual maintenance fees and diagnoses payment errors. • Register customers for seminars. • Multitask through multiple web applications: Case Management System, Live Person Agent Desktop and IntelliVUE, etc. • Recognize, document, and inform the regional manager regarding trends in customer correspondence. • Escalate complex inquires / requests to subject matter experts. • Carry out effective outreach to customers as required. • Assist CPE Auditor with non-complex audits and mass continuing professional education (CPE) credits entries. • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Design and develop stakeholder-facing analytical applications, including interactive Power BI dashboards and custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript visualizations. • Apply user experience (UX) design principles — including information architecture, responsive layout, and usability heuristics — to maximize clarity across technical and non-technical audiences. • Select and implement front-end data visualization libraries to render complex dimensional relationships as intuitive, interactive experiences. • Build and maintain reporting deliverables across Power BI semantic models, interactive HTML dashboards, and formatted Excel workbooks, translating complex dimensional relationships into stakeholder-ready visualizations. • Perform exploratory, diagnostic, and predictive analysis across structured and semi-structured datasets, applying statistical methods including descriptive, inferential, and regression analysis. • Proactively mine organizational data assets to discover new insights, identify emerging trends, and surface previously unrealized opportunities that inform strategic decision-making. • Translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and build analytical frameworks through stakeholder requirements elicitation. • Communicate findings via data storytelling, narrative-driven briefings, and self-service reporting assets. • Build and maintain Power BI semantic models including DAX measure authoring, calculated table design, and row-level security configuration. • Create and maintain technical documentation covering report specifications, visualization design standards, analytical methodologies, data source mappings, and end-user reference guides.

• Plan, execute, and document internal and external penetration tests against ISC2 applications, networks, cloud environments, and infrastructure. • Perform vulnerability assessments and validate findings to distinguish genuine risks from false positives. • Conduct web application, API, mobile, and network vulnerability assessments using industry-standard methodologies (OWASP, PTES, OSSTMM). • Perform social engineering assessments, including phishing simulations and physical security testing as authorized. • Produce clear, actionable written reports detailing findings, risk ratings, evidence, and remediation recommendations tailored to both technical and executive audiences. • Support red team exercises and adversary simulation activities to test detection and response capabilities. • Own remediation follow-through: translate pen test findings into security engineering work items, validate fixes, and track resolution to closure in Jira Service Management. • Design and implement security controls across ISC2’s cloud and on-premises environments, including hardening configurations for Azure, Okta, SentinelOne, CheckPoint, and F5 XD. • Maintain awareness of emerging vulnerabilities, exploits, and threat actor TTPs; operationalize threat intelligence into actionable hardening and detection improvements.

• Mastery of the current sales and invoicing platforms allowing for continued development of best practices, refining of current processes, assistance with set up and testing of new procedures, products, promotions, etc. • Liaise directly with the Sales and Sales Operations teams to work through daily procedure and workflow questions, troubleshoot any issues that are system related, and make recommendations regarding requests that are outside of normal processes • Work with Finance team members performing hands on AR duties such as invoice creation, account set up, processing and application of credit card payments • Knowledge of daily electronic deposits and receipts posting, order updating and activation • Updating of process and procedure manuals for basic Accounts Receivable functions • Daily Management of the Accounts Receivable in-box and case system for processing payment inquiries, PO review, customer set up – and delegation of emails to appropriate team members when required • Work end of month (EOM) processes – wire application, invoicing, other tasks as required • Assist with audit for data collection as needed

• Oversee the management of over 160+ chapters worldwide, formation and onboarding of new chapters, developing policies, processes and procedures to effectively execute and maintain all ISC2 programs related to chapter functions and operations. • Collaborate on the development and launch of various ISC2 corporate initiatives for chapters on a global scale, and work with regional teams to determine best practices for regional implementation. • Lead the implementation of key change initiatives (projects) related to the Board-approved chapter strategy. • Oversee chapter leadership groups (Chapter Advisory Committee and Chapter Regional Management Committees), providing support, guidance and resources to ensure effective governance, communication, and committee activities pursuant to ISC2 objectives. • Using a blend of data-driven and relational insights, develop strategies to ensure chapter leaders and members recognize the value of ISC2 membership and remain engaged. • Lead the execution of all ISC2 hosted events and forums for chapters to ensure high level of participation and engagement. • Provide effective and regular outreach to chapters to strengthen relations with ISC2 to better align chapter activities with ISC2’s goals and mission. • Collaborate with various ISC2 business units, working closely to develop synergetic marketing communication strategies and campaigns that promote ISC2 programs and initiatives related to chapters. • Supervise regional chapter specialists on day to day work, maintaining level of excellence in meeting SLA’s, support, communication and training. • Review chapter audits and develop action plans for inactive chapters, providing assistance so they meet requirements and remain in good standing. • Collaborate with other non-profit/academic organizations to grow ISC2 programs via chapter partnerships. • Develop an awards and recognition program to acknowledge outstanding chapter achievements. • Establish accurate and valuable metrics to gauge member value and awareness, communicate and report on programs activities regularly with various business units. • Demonstrate commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment. • Motivate and lead a diverse, high-performing team, utilizing effective talent management practices to attract and retain team members. • Ensure high levels of employee engagement, operations performance excellence, commitment to continuous learning and appropriate succession planning. • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Lead a team responsible for ensuring the quality of web-based, cloud-based, and client/server applications • Incorporate the use of AI across platforms to improve test coverage and reduce manual effort • Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive test automation frameworks • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities early in the software development lifecycle • Oversee the automation of functional, regression, integration, and performance tests • Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of automation tools and best practices across the team • Serve as the primary advocate for automation across the organization • Track and report production bugs, providing detailed analyses of trends, root causes, and preventive measures

• Execute offensive security assessments and build defensive engineering controls • Lead penetration testing across applications, networks, and cloud infrastructure • Develop and maintain the penetration testing program • Design and implement security controls across cloud and on-premises environments • Collaborate with Security and Technical Operations team

• Architects and advances an enterprise-wide global advocacy and strategic engagement strategy aligned to ISC2’s organizational priorities. • Serves as a catalyst for the synthesis and prioritization of key issues, positions, and strategies related to organizational objectives and enterprise priorities. • Advances the growth and strategic position of ISC2 by establishing and maintaining effective formal and informal links with major constituencies, including relevant government departments and agencies, major employers, key industry leaders, academic institutions, nonprofit and NGO decision-makers, chapter leaders and members, and other thought leaders and stakeholders. • Serves as an ISC2 champion and ambassador in the exchange of knowledge and views, ensuring that ISC2 has the appropriate range of relationships, support, and programs to achieve desired outcomes. • Shapes ISC2’s point of view and public voice on cybersecurity workforce development, AI governance, digital trust, certification and skills pathways, and the future of the profession. • Leads the development of strategic partnerships that expand ISC2’s influence, reach, and mission effectiveness globally. • Helps position ISC2 as a leading convener on issues at the intersection of cyber workforce, AI, and digital trust. • Supports ISC2’s effort to develop new markets with an eye toward increased footprint, impact, engagement, and the delivery of market-appropriate programs and global operations. • Provides strategic advice and guidance to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team and keeps them aware of opportunities and developments across public policy, industry, academia, standards, and the global cybersecurity ecosystem. • Advises on emerging issues including AI security, digital trust, cyber workforce resilience, standards, and related global technology governance issues. • Supports the CEO in interface with the Board of Directors and external stakeholders as it relates to the portfolio and refinement of ISC2’s long-term strategy. • Represents ISC2 with credibility in senior forums, coalitions, public conversations, and major industry gatherings. • Drives accurate and disciplined operating protocols, including clear targets, KPIs, and accountability across the function. • Prepares, gains acceptance for, and monitors implementation of the annual portfolio budget to ensure financial targets are met. • Develops a diverse and inclusive, high-performing, accountable team of employees and consultants necessary to accomplish ISC2’s mission and objectives. • Serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, acting as a champion of ISC2’s employee culture, leading by example, and committed to developing future employee leaders. • Performs other duties as assigned.
