Qualifications - At least 2 years of experience building technical integrations between fundraising CRMs and SaaS platforms. - Strong Python development skills, including building production-grade data processing pipelines. - Proficiency with MySQL and SQL, including writing queries and understanding transaction behavior. - Hands-on experience with AWS services including ECS, S3, Glue, Athena, Airflow, CloudWatch, and CloudFormation. - Experience with Docker and container-based deployment. - Deep familiarity with REST API integration patterns. - Experience with Blackbaud (RE NXT / SKY API), Ellucian Banner, Salesforce, or other common fundraising CRMs. - Working knowledge of SFTP-based file exchange and ETL workflows. - Experience implementing SSO integrations; familiarity with LDAP and/or Cognito is a plus. - Strong instincts for building resilient, observable systems. - Outstanding communication skills for translating technical details for non-technical stakeholders. - A proactive problem solver who works well across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams. - Knowledge of Major Gifts fundraising process and strategy is a plus.
