• Manage internal specific projects, as well as external customer-facing implementation projects. • Define project scope, goals, success metrics, and deliverables in partnership with Product, Engineering, and leadership. • Identify and proactively mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks that could impact timelines or delivery quality. • Develop and manage a detailed cross functional project plan, including planning, execution, dependency management, and tracking milestones/deliverables. • Serve as the central communication hub, ensuring alignment and consistent updates across all stakeholders, including customers, product managers, engineering leads, and customer-facing teams. • Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks that could impact the project milestone/deliverable timelines, especially with respect to large-scale customer implementations and internal projects. • Facilitate stakeholder, and/or cross-functional meetings, document decisions and action items, and drive accountability through completion. • Manage and maintain technical documentation related to product integration, new workflows, and customer implementations. • Coordinate internal training and communication plans in partnership with Enablement and Customer Success ahead of feature launches or customer deployments. • Continuously improve project management and product refinement processes by leveraging tools, automation, and best practices. • Act as the customer's advocate and the main point of contact between our teams and the customer throughout the implementation project. • Travel to customer locations as needed during the projects. • Handle customer change requests by coordinating with relevant internal resources. • Identify and recommend EverTrue products and solutions aligned with customer needs, and relay opportunities to the account executive. • Support the sales team on pre-sale calls to discuss implementation, automation, and authentication requirements. • Undertake special projects as assigned by leadership, based on skillset and availability.

Job Requirements

  • You bring 4+ years of experience managing technical, cross-functional projects within enterprise software development environments, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
  • You have proven success managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
  • You are a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Implementation, and Enablement teams.
  • You approach challenges with an analytical and creative mindset, and you thrive in complex systems and evolving environments.
  • You have experience with project management tools such as Asana, SmartSheets, or similar platforms, and use them to drive clarity, accountability, and execution.
  • You are familiar with product development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum and understand how cross-functional product teams operate.
  • You are highly self-motivated and optimistic, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-first culture.
  • You hold a PMP certification or equivalent project management credential, or are actively working toward one.
  • You are genuinely excited about an internal-facing project role, with interest in growing into a full-time, client-facing Project Manager role over time.
  • You have familiarity with EverTrue’s product suite and integration points, which is a plus.
