GTM Systems Engineer, AI & Automation

EverTrue

• Own the ongoing optimization of EverTrue’s GTM technology ecosystem through process design, automation, and AI-driven workflow development. • Design and deploy automation across tools such as Clay, Gong, ChurnZero, Claude, and other GTM platforms to improve productivity and insight generation. • Build repeatable AI-powered workflows that support research, enrichment, summarization, pipeline intelligence, and customer insights. • Identify friction across systems and workflows and develop scalable solutions that improve usability, data flow, and execution velocity. • Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data structures to support integrations and downstream system alignment. • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to gather requirements and design workflow improvements. • Document system relationships, automation logic, and workflow design to support long-term scalability and institutional knowledge. • Evaluate emerging AI and GTM technologies and pilot high-impact use cases.

Job Requirements

  • You have 4+ years of experience working within GTM systems, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or automation-focused roles supporting go-to-market teams.
  • You bring a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, and data modeling, and are comfortable working across the Salesforce ecosystem to support integrations and downstream systems.
  • You have experience designing automation or AI-driven workflows using tools such as Clay, Claude, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
  • You have experience working with GTM platforms such as Gong, enrichment tools, marketing automation platforms, or sales engagement systems.
  • You are a systems thinker who enjoys connecting tools, data, and workflows to improve how teams operate.
  • You have experience identifying operational friction and translating business challenges into scalable automation and workflow solutions.
  • You are energized by experimenting with AI-enabled processes that improve productivity, insight generation, and execution velocity.
  • You are comfortable partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to improve systems and workflows.
  • You bring strong documentation and process design skills and believe clear systems documentation is critical to long-term scalability.
  • You are curious about emerging GTM and AI technologies and enjoy evaluating new tools that can enhance team productivity.
