Role Description As a Primary Therapist at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of a team that delivers hands-on treatment, therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation, or virtually through our tele-behavioral health platform. The Primary Therapists conduct individual, family, and group therapy (adults, children, and adolescents) on topics such as mood, anxiety, stress, and eating disorders. Our Primary Therapists develop each patient’s individualized treatment plan and work with the interdisciplinary treatment team to implement the plan. You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways: - Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group, and family therapy - Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient on case load: - Complete biopsychosocial, self-harm, and suicide assessments - Create individualized treatment plans with specific and measurable goals in collaboration with treatment team members - Create treatment agreements, support plans, or behavior plans as needed - For each patient on case load, complete clinical paperwork including: - Treatment plans - Individual and Family Therapy progress notes and group notes - Wellness plan and aftercare plan - Discharge summary - Attend treatment team meetings and treatment team rounds to coordinate patients' care with the interdisciplinary team Qualifications - Master’s or Doctorate Degree required in counseling or related field - Registered as an associate or intern phase of licensure or what is required by the state to practice individual therapy - Experience with individual/family therapy preferred Requirements - Primary Therapist I Must Haves: - Master’s or Doctorate Degree required in counseling or related field - Registered as an associate or intern phase of licensure or what is required by the state to practice individual therapy - Experience with individual/family therapy preferred - Primary Therapist II Must Haves: - Has obtained and maintains a full clinical mental health license as required by state - Has carried significant individual and/or family caseload for at least 2 years with documented success in treating patients with common diagnoses and expected comorbidities - Primary Therapist III Must Haves: - At least 3 years post licensure experience working with mood, anxiety, ED and/or trauma-related disorders - Some experience supervising other clinicians - Has carried a significant individual and/or family caseload, with success treating more complex cases Benefits - Competitive pay - Comprehensive benefit plans - Generous Paid Time Off - 401(K) with company match - Tuition reimbursement

The Admissions Coordinator is responsible for coordinating admissions nationally. This is by no means a “behind-the-scenes" role, as your work will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways: - Ensure admissions are coordinated from start to finish - Ensure knowledge of census and bed board for efficient admissions flow. - Accurately maintains list of open bed status and waiting lists at all programs and coordinates patient flow to ensure expedited admission process - Coordination with all programs re-admission flow - Coordination with UR and finance for admissions - Coordination with patients/families, referral source and outpatient providers - Demonstrates consistent knowledge and competence of patient census and patient flow to ensure efficient access to care - Coordination of all admissions from call to assessment to admission - Ensure efficient admissions flow through response team, assessment and admission - Coordinate with the Financial Department in obtaining insurance verifications, payment information and providing facilitation of admissions - Collect medical and psycho-social documentation regarding applicants to present to clinical staff when needed Must Haves - 1+ years of behavioral health admissions experience required - Insurance and UR experience - Admissions/behavioral health call center knowledge and experience - Clinical skill to coordinate with pts and families - Bachelor's degree required The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations. What you’ll be doing The Systems Administrator, Unified Communications and Call Center is responsible for the administration and maintenance of our Office365 Teams communications and telephony, as well as our Amazon Connect call center systems. You will ensure the smooth operation of our telecommunications infrastructure, including phone systems, voicemail, call routing, and related technologies. Additionally, you will oversee our call center telephony workflows and support the needs of our customers primarily in our Patient Admissions department. The role demonstrates knowledge in infrastructure systems (both on-premises and cloud-based), operational support, and supporting Eating Recovery Center/Pathlight data centers, corporate offices, remote workers, and nationwide patient treatment locations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Call Center Systems Administration: Oversees the administration and maintenance of the call center systems, such as automatic call distribution (ACD), interactive voice response (IVR), and workforce management (WFM) systems. Configures and optimizes call routing strategies, ensuring efficient distribution of calls among agents. Collaborates with call center managers to implement system enhancements and workflows that enhance customer experience and agent efficiency. - Telecommunications Systems Administration: Maintains the organization's telecommunications infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based phone systems, voicemail systems, and related equipment. Monitors system performance and capacity, identifying and resolving issues proactively. Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to implement system upgrades and enhancements. - User Support and Training: Provides technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users of telecommunications and call center systems. Conducts user training sessions to educate employees on system features and best practices. Develops and maintains user documentation, including system manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).This includes escalation of all issues related to Ring Central. Education Requirements: - Associate's degree in computer science, Information Services, or related field, or equivalent experience (in addition to minimum requirement) or industry certification. Required Qualifications: - 2 to 4 years of proven experience in administering telecommunications, unified communications (UC) and call center systems, including phone systems, voicemail systems, ACD, IVR, and WFM systems. - Strong knowledge of telecommunications protocols and technologies, such as SIP, PRI, VoIP, and TDM. - Experience with call center concepts and practices, including call routing strategies, service level agreements (SLAs), and workforce management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Ability to work occasional nights and weekends. Bonus and Preferred Qualifications: - Network+, A+, Security+ Certifications - AWS, Microsoft, and Network protocol certifications a plus. - Strong knowledge of telecommunications protocols and technologies, such as SIP, PRI, VoIP, and TDM - Familiarity with firewall and route/switch protocols is a big plus. - 2+ year of Microsoft Teams Meeting, Telephony and Communication Policy administration. The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations. How you’ll serve our patients As a Clinical Manager at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation, or virtually through our tele-behavioral health platform. You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways: - Provides leadership for counseling services, including defining and refining the counseling service model and strategy, supervising and managing staff, identifying and coordinating with community resources as appropriate, and tracking and monitoring service implementation to ensure high-quality, relevant, patient-centered service delivery aligned with mission and goals. - Provides leadership of clinical team to maximize coordination and collaboration among staff, troubleshoot challenges, and identify and implement new services strategies, community partnerships or resource needs as appropriate. - Identifies and implements strategy for assigning patients to counselors, monitor quality and levels of service provided and guide staff on adjustments as needed; oversees counselors’ case file management and monthly tracking reports and submits summary reports to management as requested. - Provides counseling and facilitates group activities as dictated by patient need and program expectations; completes case files and tracking reports for caseload. - Recruits, trains and assists staff in setting individual goals and objectives. Promotes a positive and supportive work environment and provides continuing support in helping personnel to accomplish their goals, as well as in work methods, processes, policies and procedures. Conducts performance appraisals and counsels employees on performance issues. - Participates with Executive Management to ensure quality of services, develop and maintain clinical budget and contribute toward strategic planning initiatives. - Develops and implements training protocols. - Ensure clinical department’s compliance with HIPAA and the Joint Commission. Role Description The Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Content Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, optimizing, and managing organic search initiatives that increase visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support business growth. This role advances the organization’s organic growth strategy through hands-on keyword research, on-page optimization, content development, and performance analysis. This role blends data-informed SEO strategy with persuasive copywriting and brand storytelling. In addition to driving organic performance, the SEO Content Specialist contributes to high-impact marketing copy across digital channels—including email campaigns, marketing collateral, and webpages—ensuring messaging is clear, compelling, and conversion-oriented. All content must be strategically aligned, performance-driven, clinically accurate (if applicable), and consistent with brand voice.
