Role Description The Supplier Quality Specialist performs audits at the supplier's premises to verify compliance with regulations. - Apply best practice procedures to improve quality standards of suppliers to ensure compliance with requirements - Manage audits with suppliers (e.g. quality system audit in reference to ISO 9001 or root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions of supplier quality issues) - Support Purchasing with the supplier approval process (vendor rating) - Collect and analyze data for KPI reports - Support the identification of corrective actions - Implement quality control plan - Monitor performances of suppliers - Identify potential issues to improve quality and efficiency Don’t let a few unmet requirements chill your enthusiasm!
