Country HSE Manager/SR Manager Job Purpose The Country HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental strategies across all company sites within the country. This role ensures compliance with national and international HSE regulations, minimizes risks, and promotes a culture of safety excellence. Experience Professional background 8+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments. Key Responsibilities - HSE STRATEGY & LEADERSHIP Develop and execute the country-level HSE strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Promote a zero-incident safety culture, raising awareness and engagement at all organizational levels. - COMPLIANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, etc.). Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and environmental impact studies. Content Development & Oversight - Partner with creative teams to produce accessible, culturally relevant, and compliant materials including brochures, emails, videos, and social media content. - Ensure all materials meet CMS and HIPAA guidelines and reflect member needs and preferences.
