• As a Senior TA Partner, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, deliver a premium experience to sophisticated stakeholders, and champion recruitment innovation. • Collaborate deeply with security, engineering, and intelligence leaders to map long-term capacity plans, define core competencies, and build targeted hiring strategies for highly specialized profiles across threat intelligence and insider risk. • Direct-source hard-to-find, niche technical candidates—such as Threat Researchers, Reverse Engineers, Insider Threat Analysts, Security Architects, and Incident Responders—utilizing creative strategies, advanced Boolean logic, and trusted industry networks. • Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging recruiting technologies to optimize workflow efficiency, enhance candidate engagement, and improve overall talent intelligence. • Rigorously screen candidates to assess technical capability, soft skills, and high-consequence mission alignment. • Oversee a seamless interview process (supported by our Talent Coordinators) and flawlessly manage the offer, negotiation, and closing stages. • Provide hiring managers with regular operational updates, data-driven recruitment metrics, and actionable market intelligence on industry hiring trends and competitor talent mapping. • Build rapid trust internally and externally, communicating with clarity, discretion, and diplomacy across all echelons—from individual contributors to the C-suite. • Act as a peer mentor to share advanced sourcing tradecraft within the broader TA team. • Maintain total confidentiality, high attention to detail, and ensure all recruiting activities comply with strict hiring policies, background/vetting standards, relevant legislation, and organizational guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
  • 7–10+ years of technical recruiting and sourcing experience, with a proven track record of filling complex, niche roles in cybersecurity, internal security/SecOps, engineering, or intelligence sectors.
  • Deep experience in end-to-end talent acquisition for fast-scaling software and high-tech companies required
  • Preferred: A background that blends both agency and corporate in-house recruiting, with familiarity recruiting for Insider Threat, personnel risk, high-clearance environments, threat intel, or specialized software engineering teams.
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
