• Define, implement, and continuously evolve the organizational agile framework, establishing standards, governance models, and best practices that scale across multiple teams within DRIVE • Lead end-to-end delivery of the most complex, high-visibility programs across the organization, managing scope, timelines, risks, and executive stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent workstreams with a high degree of autonomy • Drive organizational agile maturity by identifying systemic inefficiencies, leading transformation initiatives, and implementing structural improvements that measurably enhance delivery effectiveness across teams • Serve as the organizational bridge between technology and business, driving alignment across senior leadership and ensuring delivery strategy is clearly communicated and understood at all levels • Establish and own organizational delivery metrics and reporting frameworks, providing leadership with meaningful, data-driven insight into program health, team performance, and delivery outcomes across the organization • Partner with senior leadership on the evaluation, governance, and adoption of tooling and process improvements organization-wide, ensuring Jira standards, workflows, and automation practices are scalable, consistent, and aligned to broader organizational goals • Drive the growth and development of agile delivery organization-wide, embedding agile values into team environment and building a sustainable foundation of agile capability that scales
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Program Manager, and/or Project Manager, with demonstrated progression into senior delivery leadership and proven experience scaling agile practices across multiple teams or business units
- Advanced knowledge of Atlassian tools, including workflow administration, automation, and project governance, with the ability to provide tooling guidance and standards across teams
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the demonstrated ability to make complex subjects easy to comprehend for both technical and non-technical audiences, including experience producing executive-level roadmaps, delivery metrics, and user-centered documentation
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership presence, with the ability to influence without authority, drive alignment across competing priorities, and contribute meaningfully to leadership-level planning and decision-making
- Proven ability to proactively identify and manage program risks and issues, delivering timely impact assessments and mitigation strategies that protect deliverables and stakeholder commitments
- Results-oriented change agent with a passion for continuous improvement, capable of embedding new ways of working and operationalizing agile frameworks at scale across various teams and functions
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
- Knowledge of and experience with cybersecurity environments, with familiarity with program governance frameworks and intake/prioritization models
- Experience supporting or leading agile transformation initiatives at an organizational level
- Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM II or III), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Agile Project Management, or Six Sigma certification
- Experience as a Jira global and/or project admin with a track record of building scalable Jira governance structures across multiple teams

Role Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have very strong experience as a Scrum Master and will support fully remote teams working as a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) with distributed team members globally.
