Senior Finance Transformation Manager

CrowdStrike

• Define the F&A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums • Maintain F&A’s AI transformation roadmap including AI project intake, prioritization, and implementation • Partner with Finance & Accounting Process Leads to surface and shape high-value AI opportunities • Manage AI solution proof of concept delivery through partnership with IT, Data, Security, and Vendors • Establish Finance-specific AI guidelines aligned to enterprise AI policy • Monitor compliance and partner with Information Security, Vendor Risk Legal, and Internal Audit on assurance activities

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years combined experience in Finance or Accounting
  • 3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives
  • Strong working knowledge of core Finance and Accounting processes (Close, Consolidation, FP&A, Controls Frameworks)
  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, IS or related discipline; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes
  • Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders (Sr. Director / VP / CFO-level).
