Role Description As an AiiA Full Stack Foundry Engineer, you will deploy AiiA capabilities powered by Palantir Foundry / AI Foundry to help clients anticipate and manage operational disruption, translating fragmented internal and external data signals into actionable operational workflows. Role Description This role directly serves as a critical bridge between autonomous vehicle (AV) operations and the municipal emergency management community. Success in this position strengthens partnerships, enhances public safety outcomes, and reduces risk during emergency and event interactions. As a Public Safety Liaison, you will be responsible for fostering trust and collaboration between corporations, emergency management, and public safety agencies. This role will require both proactive and reactive functions to ensure effective engagement, training, and emergency management. Role Description We are seeking a full-time embedded GSOC Intelligence Analyst to join a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center for a major professional services client. The GSOC supports the organization's incident and crisis management, intelligence analysis, travel security, and security operations functions. Role Description The Crisis & Security Consulting (CSC) team is part of Crisis24 and provides physical and cyber security risk and crisis management consulting services. As a result of globally expanding demand for our services, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join the CSC Americas team. We are looking for a highly motivated and driven consultant/practitioner to support our clients and continue to grow our Americas consulting practice. The Senior Consultant Americas will report to the Director (Americas) for the development and maintenance of Best Practice in CSC’s pre-incident consulting services. These responsibilities will be monitored and managed through the company performance management review cycle and regular monitoring of performance against KPIs throughout the year. What You Will Work On - Business development - Generation of new security and crisis management consultancy opportunities in North America and globally in support of CSC’s new business targets - Identify opportunities to promote and enhance CSC’s security and crisis management consulting initiatives - Scope, price, manage and/or oversee the development of RFPs and client proposals - Represent CSC, Crisis24 and Garda in client pitches, presentations, and meetings - Identify opportunities to introduce the wider Crisis24/GardaWorld services into clients - Consulting services delivery - Deploy to client offices throughout North America and/or other overseas locations to deliver CSC’s pre-incident consulting services - Delivery and management of SRM, CM and BCM consulting services (such as risk assessments, policy/plan development, incident and crisis management planning and other projects) - Produce all relevant documentation in support of assigned pre-incident consulting services delivery; responsible for the quality and standards of such documentation in line with CSC’s best practice doctrine and methodology - Project management of live security risk and crisis management consulting projects and coordination of deployments including administration of other staff and/or third-party consultants on projects - All hazards response - Deploy to client offices throughout North America and/or other overseas locations to deliver ‘all hazards’ crisis management response support services on short notice - Account management - Client liaison and account/client relationship management of new and existing consulting clients - Team engagement - Work in cooperation with the wider global consulting team on all aspects of consulting services delivery - Administrative - Maintain and/or oversee accurate accounting records for key clients allocated - Keep Salesforce and any other platforms used by Crisis24 up to date and accurate in relation to relevant accounts and proposals - Support the wider Crisis24 and GardaWorld business as required Qualifications - Minimum 7 years' relevant previous experience in a security, intelligence, risk, or crisis management environment, working in an operational and/or consulting role - Strong working knowledge of Security Risk and Crisis Management / Business Continuity Management – Best Practice and Industry Standards - Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills - Highly commercial, with the ability to recognise and develop commercial opportunities - Creative thinker who can apply initiative and create solutions to solve clients’ problems - Personable and able to communicate effectively at all levels with team members and clients - Able to relate well to others with confidence and empathy, build trust and remain calm and resourceful during difficult and emotive situations - Able to demonstrate adherence to values: ethics, discretion, integrity, and accountability - Has the flexibility and motivation to work irregular hours and maintain quality delivery - Invested in development: maintains a high level of industry knowledge and awareness of geopolitical and security/crisis management issues and trends - A second language (particularly Spanish) highly advantageous. Role Description Crisis24’s Crisis Security Consulting (CSC) team is seeking an Associate Consultant to join an ever-growing team to support wider project deliverables. The successful candidate will be based within the US or Canada, working remotely, but with potential travel overseas to support response and consulting tasks. Therefore, a candidate with geopolitical knowledge and interest, language abilities, and a willingness and adaptability to support bespoke international projects is sought after. The position further requires education to a Master’s level in a sector relevant subject matter, and 1-2 years of relevant work experience and language abilities are desired. The successful candidate will quickly be involved in tasks and projects supporting the wider Crisis Security Consulting department. No two days are the same, and the Associate Consultant will: - Work on bespoke reporting and threat assessments across geographies and threat types. - Analyze data and present it to clients. - Support operations on the ground during domestic and international deployments. - Edit and proof the work of peers. - Support out-of-hours tasks when required as part of a wider team “on-call” rotation system (a week of “on call” every 10-11 weeks, approximate). Qualifications - International Relations/Security Studies (or similar) at a Master’s level qualification. - Experience working in a variety of environments. - Integrity, professionalism, and discretion. - Very high standard of written/verbal English and business-level language ability. - Time management skills, including the ability to keep to tight deadlines. - A task-oriented team player who can operate independently when required. - IT literate with demonstrative knowledge of Microsoft programs and applications. - Eligibility to reside/work in the US or Canada.
