Role Description We are seeking a full-time embedded GSOC Intelligence Analyst to join a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center for a major professional services client. What You Will Work On - Program Oversight & Coordination - Lead day-to-day management and coordination of the Public Safety Liaison/Emergency Operation Center Agency Representative Program. - Ensure alignment of program activities with strategic priorities. - Supervise and support program staff, including assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and guidance. - Support program scalability across multiple operating regions. - Maintain and manage a master training calendar for all operating regions. - Program Strategy & Planning - Develop and implement strategies to expand emergency management engagement. - Strengthen partnerships with local agencies and stakeholders. - Identify opportunities for program growth and operational improvement. - Program Tracking & Reporting - Monitor and track program activities and performance metrics. - Prepare and deliver monthly program reports. - Conduct quarterly business reviews highlighting progress, insights, and recommendations. - Expense Tracking & Reimbursement - Maintain accurate travel and expense logs. - Ensure all expenses are pre-approved and processed in a timely manner. - Track travel expenses and event-related coordination fees. - Contract & Policy Compliance - Ensure staffing requirements are met, including hiring qualified personnel. - Maintain compliance with organizational policies, including the Supplier Code of Conduct. - Monitor adherence to contractual obligations and operational standards. - Internal Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement - Provide regular updates to leadership on program progress and key initiatives. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure program success. - Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders and partners. - Maintain current knowledge of company strategies and technological/product development and participate in User Acceptance Testing of technology enhancements as needed. - Ability to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and effectively communicate a vision for driving growth. - Develop/build and implement new processes and procedures to enhance performance within Business Operations verticals. - Establish and maintain team key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance metrics and track progress against strategic initiatives. - Assist in the planning and execution of all people and career growth programs and leadership tracks. What You Will Bring - Bachelor’s degree required. - At least 7 years' experience, preferably in Emergency Management or Public Safety role. - 3-5 years of proven experience in program or project management, preferably with direct team leadership responsibilities. - Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and develop staff.
