Role Description The Contract & Sales Operations Specialist will report to the Contract Specialist Supervisor. The ideal candidate must be highly organized with strong attention to detail. They should be a quick and intuitive thinker, a problem-solver, and a multi-tasker who can maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate must be a strong team player who values collaboration and is open to diverse perspectives. Location: Remote, USA Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST Salary Range: $50,000–$59,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. What You Will Work On - Reviewing and understanding the details of sales contracts governing customer accounts. - Updating, auditing, and maintaining customer records and internal data in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems. - Accurately provisioning customer accounts in internal systems using details from contracts and Salesforce. - Working with customers and sales teams on contract renewals. - Communicating contract details to sales teams and client support teams. - Verifying accuracy and resolving discrepancies in accordance with company rules and guidelines, using internal system data, customer contracts, and purchase orders. - Ensuring all relevant documentation accompanies contracts and maintaining digital and hard copies of pertinent records. - Performing assigned duties for the month-end and year-end closeout of all billing and contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. Qualifications - Associate’s degree in business administration, mathematics, accounting, economics, or relevant work experience. - Outstanding organizational skills. - Proven track record of meeting deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, including the ability to detect errors and inconsistencies. - Salesforce experience strongly preferred, especially in environments involving contract management, customer data updates, or operational workflows.
