Role Description We are seeking an experienced Executive Protection professional to support the delivery of Crisis24 training programs while maintaining operational capability through Ready Team deployments. This is a dual-function role combining instructional delivery with operational tasking. The position sits within the Training Team, with responsibility for delivering high-quality training while contributing value through operational or training-related deployments. This role is designed for individuals who can operate credibly in both environments and maintain the standards expected of a Ready Team agent. Qualifications - 3+ years Executive Protection / Close Protection experience - Demonstratable experience in Training Instruction and delivery - Experience conducting advances and operating in dynamic environments - Prior instructional experience in EP, security, or related disciplines - Strong communication and professionalism - Valid driver’s license and passport - Ability to meet physical readiness and background screening requirements Requirements - Ability to perform core EP functions including body coverage, advances, and secure transportation - Maintain operational readiness and physical capability to respond to incidents - Ability to work irregular hours, travel frequently, and operate in fast-paced environments Benefits - Remote role with significant travel required (domestic and international) - All locations considered.
