• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI • Analyze business requirements and translate them into data visualization solutions • Perform data extraction, export, transformation, and migration activities from multiple data sources • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting environments • Create and maintain Excel-based reports, templates, and data analysis tools • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting needs and process improvements • Present findings, dashboards, and recommendations to clients and senior management • Support decision-making through clear and insightful reporting • Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues in a timely manner • Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications

• Architect and evolve our multi-cloud strategy and reference architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP—prioritizing AWS/Azure depth while ensuring GCP solutions are viable and well-governed. • Design and implement cloud foundations / landing zones (accounts/subscriptions/projects, network topology, identity integration, logging, policy guardrails, and shared services). • Establish cloud architecture standards that enable speed and consistency (security baselines, network patterns, naming/tagging, environment strategies, reusable modules/templates). • Drive infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD practices: Build and maintain reusable Terraform modules (or equivalent) Enable repeatable deployments for core cloud services and application teams. • Partner with Security to embed controls by design , including IAM strategy, key management, secrets management, encryption, vulnerability management, and cloud security posture practices. • Design enterprise-grade cloud networking , including connectivity, segmentation, routing, DNS, load balancing, and hybrid connectivity (e.g., VPN/Direct Connect/ExpressRoute equivalents). • Enable reliability and operational excellence by defining monitoring/alerting patterns, SLOs/SLIs, incident response integration, backup/DR strategies, and operational runbooks. • Lead cost-aware architecture and FinOps practices , including tagging standards, cost allocation, budget/forecasting inputs, and optimization recommendations (e.g., commitments/reservations, right-sizing, lifecycle policies). • Support and advise internal engineering teams on solution designs (containers/Kubernetes, serverless, data services, integration patterns), helping teams adopt cloud-native practices responsibly. • Build AI readiness into our cloud platforms : Help define guardrails for AI/ML services usage (data classification, access controls, audit, retention) Partner with teams exploring GenAI/ML to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant. • Stay current on cloud AI trends and translate them into pragmatic platform recommendations. • Mentor and elevate the team through technical leadership, design reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Asistente de Aplicación de Pagos En CRG Colombia estamos buscando una persona organizada, analítica y con alta atención al detalle, responsable de asegurar que los ingresos de dinero a las cuentas bancarias de la compañía se identifiquen y legalicen correctamente en el sistema. Funciones Identificación de depósitos: Conciliar diariamente los extractos bancarios contra los avisos de pago de los clientes. Registrar en el ERP los pagos, afectando correctamente las facturas correspondientes. Realizar ajustes y contactar a los clientes cuando se reciban pagos de más, pagos cortos o no se tengan los sopores del cliente para hacer la correcta aplicación de los pagos. Mantener el soporte documental de los ingresos para auditorías y cierres mensuales. Requisitos Técnico, Tecnólogo o estudiante de primeros semestres (2do a 5to) de Contaduría Pública, Finanzas o Administración de Empresas o carreras afines. De 6 meses a 1 año de experiencia en áreas de Tesorería, Cartera o Contabilidad. Experiencia básica en como SAP (módulo FI), Oracle, Microsoft (Deseable). Nivel Intermedio de Excel Competencias Requeridas: Atención al Detalle: Evita errores de aplicación que generen cobros injustificados a clientes y molestias comerciales. Orientación al Servicio: El auxiliar suele interactuar con vendedores o clientes para aclarar pagos. Honestidad y Ética: Maneja información sensible de ingresos y movimientos bancarios. • Design, build, test, and deploy complex Smartsheet solutions using Control Center (single & multi-tier), Dynamic View, Data Mesh, Data Shuttle, Calendar App, WorkApps, and other premium capabilities. • Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, status meetings, and deployment plans. • Provide coaching to end-users and super users; promote best practices. • Support the formation and operations of a Smartsheet Center of Excellence (CoE) • Develop training programs, lead workshops for internal teams
