Senior AI Automation Engineer – Developer, Infrastructure as Code
CRG Solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions leveraging AI, AI Agents, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployments, monitoring, and operational processes. • Develop scripts and applications using technologies such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, Golang, Bash, YAML, and JSON. • Build and manage automation solutions using Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, OpenShift, and related platforms. • Design and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Agent Builder, and Azure AI Foundry. • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Networking, and Application teams to identify and implement automation opportunities. • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational best practices. • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance on automation and DevOps initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise IT, Infrastructure Automation, Software Development, or DevOps environments.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps, OpenShift, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience developing automation solutions using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, Golang, Bash, or similar languages.
- Experience working with cloud and hybrid-cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, and/or GCP.
- Experience implementing AI Engineering, AI Agent Development, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or similar AI automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with enterprise ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or FreshService.
- Certifications in Azure, Terraform, Ansible, DevOps, AI Engineering, or related technologies (Preferred).
- ITIL certification (Preferred).
- Experience supporting large-scale global IT environments (Preferred).
