Role Description We are looking for a data-driven Senior Data Analyst to join our finance team. You will support and advocate for the finance team's data needs throughout the organization. Qualifications - Current enrollment in an accredited college or university is required. - Prefer students pursuing a degree in User Experience Design, Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field like Computer Science or Psychology. - Current college or university student (typically a Junior or Senior) or a very recent graduate. - Degree path should be in a UX-related program. - Portfolio of academic projects that shows ability to think through a desktop interface. - Comfortable in Figma to build out ideas. - Genuine curiosity about how analytics (like Mixpanel) can prove whether a design actually works. - Must be a US Citizen and able to work within CST or EST timezones. Requirements - Design Fundamentals (Academic): A solid understanding of how to design for web browsers and large screens. - Figma Basics: Proficiency in the core Figma toolkit. - Prototyping: Ability to connect screens in Figma to create a clickable flow. - Analytical Potential - The "Why" Factor: A natural curiosity for User Behavior. - Data Readiness: A strong desire to learn Mixpanel and product analytics. - Critical Thinking: Ability to look at a complex problem and help brainstorm a simple solution. - Collaborative Aptitude - Active Listening: Ability to take direct feedback and apply changes accurately. - Agile Pace: Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. - Communication: Ability to clearly explain design choices and ask the right questions.
