Role Description The Business Analyst serves as a dual-impact leader responsible for both the technical administration of the company’s Content (CMS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the delivery of high-level market intelligence. This role acts as a "Standard Setter" for internal enablement, optimizing cross-functional workflows between Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, and Product Management. By managing the end-to-end platform experience and conducting deep-dive market research, the Business Analyst ensures that the organization’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy is supported by high-quality data, streamlined processes, and a highly trained workforce. Responsibilities - System Administration & Governance: Serve as the primary point of contact and administrator for the CMS and LMS (Highspot). Manage user lifecycles (licenses, groups, and permissions), monitor system usage, and establish company-wide best practices for platform efficiency and corporate governance. - Content & Learning Management: Partner with Product Marketing, Marketing and Sales to optimize site structure, page layouts, and design consistency. Build and maintain product pages and a "Sales Repository" to ensure collateral is easily accessible, branded correctly, and regularly refreshed or archived. - Enablement & Training: Create and deliver ongoing platform training sessions for all internal users. Build learning courses and modules that meet specific objectives, ensuring a robust certification and completion process is in place to support departmental growth. - Business Analytics & Performance Reporting: Benchmark and report on key data points regarding system usage, content governance, and process improvement. Identify where attention is needed—such as outdated collateral or low usage areas—to optimize the internal tech stack. - Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct detailed market research to inform corporate strategy. This includes performing competitive intelligence, gathering "Voice of the Customer" insights, and analyzing industry trends and regulatory requirements to advise executive leadership. - Product Usage Tracking: Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing and Product Marketing to identify and track key product usage statistics, providing data-driven insights to help shape the long-term product vision. - Operational Excellence: Manage project tracking via Jira and maintain active communication channels (Slack) to ensure cross-functional collaboration is occurring seamlessly across all departments. - Departmental Support: Perform additional tasks and lead special projects as aligned with the evolving needs and strategic objectives of the Product Marketing (PMM) department. - Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience with business analysis. - 3+ years of experience with Highspot or Market Research Methodologies. - System Administration Mastery: Expert knowledge of CMS/LMS platforms (Highspot preferred) and the ability to manage complex user hierarchies and permission sets. - Market Intelligence Expert: A leading authority on the company's market space with the ability to translate research into strategic counsel for executive leadership. - Data Integrity & Analytics: Proficiency in monitoring system data and product usage stats to benchmark performance and drive organizational change. - Tool Proficiency: Expert use of Highspot, Jira for project and time tracking, and Slack for real-time team coordination and community management. - Process Optimization: Ability to identify and implement workflow improvements that align with corporate governance and increase GTM execution quality. Requirements - Bachelors Degree required. Benefits - The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $130,000 USD annually. - The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits. - This job doesn't have an expiration date and will remain open until a qualified candidate is hired.
