• Develop and evolve the core product using Python or Go to implement innovative features that add value to the solution. • Hands-on role. • Write high-quality code and implement AI solutions, ensuring quality through best practices, clean code, and integration of models that optimize our processes. • Support technical leadership, acting as a reference and promoting a culture of continuous learning within the team. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define and evolve architecture, processes, and technical solutions. • Serve as the team's technical reference, ensuring execution of technical guidelines, efficient prioritization, and excellence in deliveries.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of backend development experience, preferably using Python or Golang.
  • Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and efficient data modeling.
  • Experience with modern infrastructure: Kubernetes and AWS.
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring tools (Datadog/Grafana) and messaging systems (Sidekiq, SQS, or Kafka).
  • Experience building scalable RESTful APIs and strong Git/Linux skills.
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence: familiarity with integrating LLMs, AI frameworks, or developing data-driven features.
  • Experience in fintechs and/or payment integrations (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails (nice to have).
  • Experience with client-side frameworks (Vue.js) (nice to have).
  • Previous experience delivering AI projects at production scale (nice to have).
