Product & Value Stream Leader – Contract Intelligence
Clicksign
• Define and communicate the vision for the Contract Intelligence Value Stream, building solutions that transform contract and document management into a source of efficiency, intelligence and security for Clicksign customers. • Inspire, align and empower multidisciplinary teams composed of Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers and other disciplines, fostering autonomy, collaboration and a focus on results. • Identify the highest-impact opportunities for customers and the business, defining the most relevant problems to solve and ensuring alignment between strategy, execution and value delivery. • Promote a culture of continuous discovery, using data, customer research, market trends and new technologies to inform decisions and guide product evolution. • Lead initiatives that expand the value generated by contracts and documents throughout their lifecycle, exploring emerging technologies and AI capabilities to simplify processes, support decision-making and increase operational efficiency. • Ensure that the solutions developed meet the highest standards of security, control, traceability and compliance, strengthening customers' trust in critical business processes. • Create strategic context and communicate challenges clearly, enabling teams to have the autonomy to propose and build the best solutions. • Act as the primary spokesperson for the Value Stream strategy, connecting teams, leadership and stakeholders around shared objectives and a common vision of the future. • Make complex decisions related to product evolution, directing investments and prioritization based on impact to customers, the business and the company strategy. • Continuously improve product strategy and management processes, increasing organizational maturity and strengthening Clicksign's ability to innovate. • Serve as a mentor and coach to the Value Stream's leaders and specialists, contributing to people development and the building of high-performance teams.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary product and technology teams (Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Design and Engineering).
- Deep knowledge of digital product development and agile methodologies.
- Sharp strategic vision and the ability to translate that vision into concrete action plans.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience defining and implementing high-impact product strategies.
- Passion for solving complex problems and delivering value to users.
- Excellent coaching and people development skills.
- Proactive, autonomous and able to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

• Safely operating LHD equipment and completing pre-operational circle checks prior to each use • Responsible for setup and installation of remote mucking block, remote mucking stopes, remote backfilling stopes and mucking underground ore/waste material from various levels underground and loading haulage trucks • Contributing to other parts of the cycle including trucking, loading, manual bolting for rehab, services etc. • Participating in support duties such as operating and maintaining ore chutes or conveyor systems to control the flow of ore; operating construction equipment (bulldozer, grader or backhoe) to build and maintain underground passage and haulage ways
