• Administer HubSpot (forms, consent and subscription types, contacts and segmentation, workflows, automation, reporting dashboards) • Implement platform updates and enhancements without custom coding, translate business requirements into configuration (properties, workflows, permissions), and document configurations, decisions and change logs in a clear, repeatable format • Support compliance with regulatory and internal frameworks (PIPEDA, SOC readiness, WCAG 2.1 AA), maintain data integrity, naming conventions and configuration standards, and support governance processes including roadmaps, change requests, testing protocols and release checklists • Participate in QA for new pages, forms, workflows and releases; maintain dashboards in HubSpot, SharePoint or similar tools; support performance tracking and reporting with trend and exception analysis; and identify and recommend optimization opportunities across experience streams • Provide internal training, guides and documentation on platform features and standard tasks, and support troubleshooting and issue resolution across CMS, CRM and related tools, escalating when needed

• Support Class Members in person with information, resources and Claim Form support in a way that feels trauma-informed and culturally safe • Develop relationships with local and surrounding communities, organizations, and community members • Assist claimants in completing claim forms, connecting them with existing mental health, legal, and cultural support services • Participate in training sessions, including e-courses, de-briefings, and self-directed learning classes • Carry out work in a safe manner, following established health and safety protocols, training and instructions • Contribute to a positive safety culture by raising safety concerns and sharing knowledge about risks and solutions
• Provide in-person support to Class Members with information, resources, and assistance completing their claims forms • Build and maintain relationships with local communities • Assist claimants in filling out their claims forms • Participate in training sessions and self-directed learning • Carry out work in accordance with established health and safety protocols
• Support Claimant Support Program teams by developing trauma-informed, culturally safe, plain-language communications for class members and communities • Assist with issue management and community information sessions • Analyze trends and feedback across media, social channels, call centres, webinars, and community engagement, preparing insight summaries and recommending improvements to strengthen claimant communications and reduce barriers • Develop and adapt trauma-informed, culturally safe claimant-facing materials, including FAQs, fact sheets, web and social content, email templates, scripts, presentations, and event-specific communications aligned with approved messaging • Support issues management and community engagement efforts, advising leadership on on-the-ground insights, executing response strategies, planning communications for events and sessions, and applying a strong commitment to reconciliation and respect for Indigenous communities and equity-deserving groups
